I recently tried to access my account many times and each time I failed. Even trying old passwords and addresses.
Finally after contacting Great Places team my settings were upgraded and I’m now able to access my account.

Jordan came round to put grab rails on my stairs but went above and beyond for myself and my house. He identified a serious problem in my house and made sure that he had reported this for me and took action to get this sorted. Customers welfare seemed to be something he really cared about. Such a lovely friendly person, highly recommended
