Overall disappointed due to so many light leakes. Thickness is great however, there's so many pin holes, and the way the flaps are sewn,they have loads of light leaks and the zips are also not smooth... Voir plus

Absolutely useless
Absolutely Useless
Ordered from this company, my order was to be delivered by their chosen courier (Dx) Courier was unable to provide a time frame stating all day event.
After 5 cancelled delivery's by themselves and 1 time claiming they went to wrong address. I requested that they resend the item with a proper transport company which they failed to act on. Total waste of time.

We’re very sorry to see your 1-star review and to hear how disappointed you have felt throughout this situation. We completely understand your frustration regarding the non-delivery of your tent, and we share that frustration with you.
As soon as we were informed that the parcel had not been delivered, we contacted you immediately and kept you updated at every stage. You were copied into all of our correspondence with DX to show that we were chasing them daily and doing everything possible to resolve the issue. We also have a meeting arranged with our DX Delivery representative to address both the failed delivery and how the situation was handled.
While the service provided by your local DX depot and courier has been disappointing, we have generally found DX to be a reliable courier service overall. Unfortunately, poor service often stems from issues with individual local drivers rather than the company as a whole, which is understandably frustrating. Based on our experience with a variety of couriers, your recent experience does not reflect the typical standard of service from DX.
Also around the Christmas period all couriers experience significant delays and delivery challenges due to the exceptionally high volume of parcels being processed. While this doesn’t excuse the service you received, it does contribute to the issues seen across the industry at this time of year.
We are always happy to go above and beyond for our customers, but in this case the issue was caused entirely by the courier’s failure to deliver. Sending the tent via an alternative courier would have cost significantly more than the value of the order, meaning we were unfortunately unable to offer that option. As soon as it became clear that DX would not complete the delivery, we offered you a full refund.
We genuinely care about every customer and take every problem seriously, even when it is caused by a third-party courier. We hope you may reconsider your review, as we made every effort to resolve the situation promptly, transparently, and fairly.
If there is anything further we can do, we’re always here to help.

Excellent service and product is great one of the best i have seen , really easy to assemble too , my husband was able to put it together without any assistance, it has some extra features too for example, a clip to keep the door open , really sturdy aswell

Could do with more support bars for the larger framed tents.
Needs Fully water proof 1 piece floor - like the Gavita mammoth colab have done.
Could do with slightly better zip covers for less light leaks - but they not to bad compared to other brands.
I do recommend these for the price & quality.

Good frame,fabric has light leaks
Fast delivery I would have preferred confirmation by email or even a order number on checkout. Good sturdy thick frame unfortunately the fabric of the tent especially the zips and openings have alot of light leaks and pinholes. Easy and fast to assemble

Overall disappointed due to so many light leakes.
Thickness is great however, there's so many pin holes, and the way the flaps are sewn,they have loads of light leaks and the zips are also not smooth. And aren't protected enough and leak light. 1 corner was so tight the stitching came away during building. Even with very patient and careful building. Overall for the money as its cheap, its ok,but doesn't compare in quality to my expensive one. Its definitely worth spending a bit more if u can. If not make sure ur rooms dark x

Tent arrived with a damaged corner…
Tent arrived with a damaged corner leaving it unusable... emailed them got a quick reply to which they said they would send over any damaged parts but when I got back to them after accessing the damage further I didnt get another reply.
