* Re-roofing my wooden framed conservatory (re-roofing works costing me just shy of £20k) in October 2024 by TYC was carried out well by the cheerful team of fitters. New roof looked excellent from garden. I then re-painted conservatory's internal walls.
* I would recommend TYC to their potential customers because of the quality of their materials and workmanship.
* Annoyingly during heavy rain storms in November & December 2024 new roof leaked water down internal walls marking the repainted walls and pooling onto the conservatory's floor and window ledges.
*I reported defects to TYC in early December 2024. * Surveyor/fitter inspected water damage on 17 December 2024 and took photos. He told me TYC's After Sales Team would contact me after Christmas.
* Frustrated at having heard nothing I phoned TYC on 22 January 2025 to ask what was to be done to rectify the rainwater leaks. Answer - nothing. I phoned again on 27 January 2025 and was told my message would be passed onto the Manager. Am still waiting to hear when remedial works will be carried out.
* I suspect this might simply be a case of wind driven rain being blown under roof's lead flashings and then following gravity leaking down internal walls (evident from stains on re-painted walls) to pool on floor and window ledges.
* Big shame that use and enjoyment of our 20 year old conservatory with its' excellent looking new roof should immediately be spoiled by rainwater leaks.
* I very much hope that TYC will soon remedy the rainwater leaks to our conservatory.

impressed from the start of the survey and what would be the process of the work. the installation team arrived as agreed and within the time stated. they got straight on the job and worked non stop except for the coffee breaks which we supplied. and when they left the first night it was watertight. the next morning arrived on time and finished the roof, they left the site clean and all the rubbish was cleared away. they worked efficiently and no shouting like some workers we have had from other companies.

The installation was carried out by two pleasant, skilful and hardworking men. They seem to have done a very neat job and the room seems much warmer than it was before. The installers very kindly replaced the furniture after completing the job. Thank you

It's now 12 months since we had a new tiled roof on our conservatory. We received a call from TYC checking if we had any problems. A gutter was lose. A surveyor visited checked the roof made an adjustment and all is in order for the winter months. We would certainly not hesitate in recommending this company. They are very efficient with old fashioned values .

Excellent service from this company. Roof fitted last October (23) and since then no leaks, and the conservatory is easily 10 degs C cooler than it was. Highly recommended.

All as described. Prompt service. Conservatory now used much more, as a proper room, especially in the summer, since it noticeably less hot (plus less cold in winter). Quieter. Roof tiles look good. Despite very heavy rainfall, no sign of water penetration.

I decided to do this after getting the inside thermally insulated it also looked so much better inside.
Now with outside tiled it finished the job nicely . The team that installed the tiles were very efficient on doing so , carried out the task in a safe and professional manner. Would highly recommend Tile your conservatory.

We had the inside of our 30 year old conservatory cladded a couple of years ago, this has made such a difference, it really is not so hot in summer, we don’t use the room in winter so can’t comment on that. It looks beautiful like a new room. We were so pleased with this job so we decided to have the roof tiled, it looks great, it’s like having a new conservatory. The fitters arrived on time and were tidy, courteous and left no mess. Both brilliant jobs.

No complaints regarding the product. The customer service was extremely poor in my experience. Almost a year after the installation and I am still waiting for my problems to be dealt with. After numerous telephone conversations, emails and photos, a promise of someone coming to inspect the damage and still nothing! Good customer service is delivered when problems are addressed and resolved. My impression of this company is once they have your money, it’s the last you see of them. Very disappointing.

After much thought we decided to go for TYC as we wanted both inside and outside work carried out, The two men Lukasz 1 and Lukasz 2 worked very well as a team and knew what each other was doing no time was wasted I might add .
We were really pleased with our Conservatory once it was finished.
Next day the sun was shining and it was lovely to be standing in it without Boiling
We would highly recommend this company and there workers. We will have to wait and see how things will be in the winter if it's warmer, if not we will be sure to let you know in a later review
