It was great from start to finish. The rep that came out to us was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the fitting process. He explained exactly what was to happen, which it did and the length of time it would take which again was spot on. He advised us on which colour to choose which would complement the conservatory and it does extremely well. The product used is tough and durable. In the strong winds and very heavy rainfall we have had we have felt very safe with our new roof. It has made a great difference to the noise level too. We can now watch the tv without having to turn up the volume unlike before. It was a very ‘un-stressful’ experience having the roof fitted. I would HIGHLY recommend this firm.

After suffering a year of drips and mopping up with towels, we contacted TMC. We knew the company as they had made a superb job of lining our conservatory earlier, enabling its use year round.The original Everest glass roof was showing signs of ageing and beginning to collapse and after a consultation decided to go ahead and have a replacement tiled roof fitted. We received a very reasonable quote with an unexpected 0% finance offer and agreed to go ahead.
Luke, Taylor and two others(sorry guys forgot names) arrived and got on with the heavy job of removing all the glass roof into a skip.Luke and Taylor then set to and within two days, a new insulated roof complete with facia boards and guttering was installed.The whole area was then washed down and cleaned, and within an hour of them leaving the skip was collected and away. Absolutely amazing job carried out in such a short time and so professional. A really friendly bunch of guys who were a pleasure to have around and now we can enjoy our warm dry and well insulated conservatory. Thank you to all at the company especially Kelly and the girls in the office. If you need a tiled roof replacement don’t look beyond this company for a first rate job.

What company, having completed a survey, sends by e-mail a detailed Contract & Schedule of the work to be carried out, T & C’s, 3 payment options, offers a 10 Year Guarantee Certificate and sorts out the Finance for the project. Then on completion of the work, by agreement, comes to take internal pictures and external ones by a drone.
Answer - Tile Your Conservatory.
Some 5 years ago we converted our old extension to an Orangery using company “X”. After approx 3 years rain water started to seep in via corner joints. Progressively over time this ingress of water became worse. We then called in a roofing contractor “Y” who stated “it needed resealing”. This was done and appeared to be the answer as during the following months of 2023 there were heavy down pours but no leaks. Then towards the back end of 2023 suddenly water really started leaking in from a variety of places, not experienced previously. The Orangery was also extremely cold & damp in winter.

It was then I called in “Tile Your Conservatory” to see if they could help and after a thorough inspection by them we were recommended to convert the Orangery roof to a Traditional roof. This would then stop the leaks and allow the fitting of insulation materials to eliminate most of the cold and dampness.

We were given a fitting date and prior to this date we received several messages to say they were still on schedule and that the “Fitting Team” would arrive at 07:30 on that date. True to their word they did arrive on time each day of the 3 days taken to complete the conversion.

A huge thank you to Lukaz and Lukaz (apologies if the spelling is wrong) who arrived in Elgin, North of Scotland, in this week's storms to replace our existing conservatory with tiles. The lads battles wind and rain as long as it continued to be safe for them to work on day 1, returning on day 2 to work tirelessly to get the job done on time. Firstly, the quotation was accurate, no hidden charges and a good discount given.
Secondly, Luca and Luca were courteous and friendly and worked really hard and got the job done before it got dark on a bitterly cold day.
Thirdly, they helped move furniture, cut back a Bush that was in the way and got rid of our waste, nothing was too much trouble for them.
Lastly, the job looks really good and we noticed the positive impact of the insulation almost immediately

Firstly, this was fitted in a morning. The two Guys were excellent and left no mess. The result is beyond our expectations and already we have had to turn the radiators down in the conservatory as the room is now cosy whereas before it was positively cold. In total we are extremely satisfied and to cap it all we have a 10 year guarantee!

Excellent Company to deal with from start to finish. We had our P shaped conservatory insulated about 3 years ago and made the decision to have a tiled roof put on it this year. Office staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The sales rep was very informative answering all our queries adequately. The engineer/surveyor was very thorough going through the various options of tiles/guttering.
The fitters, Freddie and Leon were excellent, arrived on time, were courteous, extremely hard working, conscientious and took great pride in their work. End result is fantastic. Many thanks to everyone involved.

We had Insulation installed on our conservatory last month. The fittings carried out was good but required a further visit to carry out repairs.
The person came just carried out one of the repairs and made excuses not to carry out the work.
Also, we had some money on kitchen for our cleaner. The money went missing as the fitter was in kitchen for short time. No one else was in the house. I reported this to the company. They interviewed him and he denied taking the money. I had to be 100% sure that money was there and when he left it had gone missing.
Although, the amount was £30 but the fact that he had taken the money from my house. I’m seriously considering in reporting him to the police.
I’m really disappointed with this company.
