Been a client for over a year with services in multiple locations. Very stable, no downtime, so impressed with their prices and service. Can't go wrong...

I've only recently started using it, great first experience!

While my purchase flagged the verification system, the support staff were super friendly and almost instantly got me verified once I provided the info needed. The VPS is cheap, and I got access to it instantly! Great first experience so far, will recommend to others (already have referred one) :)

They are the worst according to my experience. I order their VPS service. After some time, they didn't activate my service. They asked me to submit pictures of my card for verification purposes. I told them, I made this purchase from my virtual card & my organization doesn't allow me to take screenshots. I, however, submitted them my account statement where the transaction details & card used for that purchase were mentioned clearly. However, in the end, they cancel my service & my money hasn't been refunded yet.

So my feelings are mixed. The support has truly been EXCELLENT. They always respond within minutes, at any time of the day. If it were only this, I would give 5-stars easy.

The problem is that my server often will not respond to my connection requests. In the last 4 months or so, I have put in 9 or 10 such tickets, regarding being unable to connect to the server. I wish they could find a more permanent solution to the problem, because other than this, I love when it's working.

My server today is suspended without any reason. They have accused me of sending spams out of no where. They terminated my account without any prior notice or communication.
I got very surprised and fraustrated and I have described them that I was not involved in any sorts of spamming activites, and I asked them to check my outgoing emails from server or whatever else they need to check to verify that it was a mistake.
I have sent in maximum 5-6 emails from my server and then suddenly they accused me of spamming!!! and closed my account. Their ignorant support didn't even check that they made a mistake!
The problem didn't finish here...
I spent hours and hours of work on designing my website, direclty on the server and I had no back up of my files as I trusted them.
They even didn't provide me with back up of my data.
It is unacceptable and this is absolutely my RIGHT to have my data back. They ignored my request and now too many hours of work of me and my colleagues on the design of website is WASTED and I CAN NOT EVEN GET MY DATA BACK FROM THEM.
Be aware of this situation and avoid them.
If I get my data back, I will update this ticket.

I have been using Green Cloud for a long time and I have always been very satisfied with Green Cloud's services. Both the speed of feedback and the performance of the server can meet my current needs.

Be very careful. Probably they are scammers. Even after going through the 3D security of my card and my bank, they ask for a photo of the credit card by e-mail. High risk of a $7 bill? Seriously?
Watch out!

UPDATE 2 - BEWARE. THEY REPORT REVIEWS TO TRUSTPILOT (JUST HAD MINE TEMPORARILY REMOVED)

- EXTREMELY overpriced - 3X other suppliers.
- Will try to get out of refunds with vague terms of services lines

I bought a mac vps from a site called CloudXMac which had a 7 day refund for new clients. Once i bought it i saw it was provisioned by GreenCloudVPS - it was so slow and not fit for my use so asked for a refund, they refused because i had bought 1 VPS from greencloud nearly 6 months ago (apparently refund is only for first time clients from their ENTIRE PARENT COMPANY - which has loads of different VPS'... LOL)

Do NOT buy from this. It's overpriced and they squirm out of refunds if service is terrible. Just go with a competitor, there's many out there for 3X cheaper and higher specs, better policies.

I imagine they will try to delete this review by claiming i'm a competitor or not a customer or something so Trustpilot can feel free to email me and i will provide relevant payment info.

THEIR RESPONSE:
"1. The refund/money back guarantees can be applied to your first service with us. It’s clearly written on our website.
2. macOS hardwares are not cheap, if you find out a provider which has $7/mo macOS VPS - let us know - we would purchase it too."

My response:
1. That's your 'gotcha' line right there. I bought from one of your different brands (completely different website, new name etc) but then i'm told because i bought a VPS months ago from one of your other brands that i'm not eligible for the refund. Your money back guarantee quote says:
"simply contact us within 7 days of your first service for a full refund."
It was my first service with that brand (new website, new name, etc), never bought from them before, but because i've bought form one of your other brands i'm not eligible.

As a note to anyone reading this, be careful! Because you might've bought from one of their prior brands and they might try to do the same to you when the VPS is garbage and they over-sell the hell out of the resources..

It's just a smart 'gotcha' companies use to squirm out of refunds.

2. Your windows/linux vps' are GARBAGE. You charge 2-4X what other providers charge for higher specs! Your mac vps is the only thing that is price competitive. And now i know why, because it is garbage, over-sold and you go back on your money back guarantees once customers realize it is garbage.

RESPOND TO THEIR 2ND UPDATE:
1. "Not true, CloudXMAC is a landipage linked from our main website and you have still purchased from our main website site with the same credentials."
-> I purchased from CloudXMac.com and used the same credentials I use for every VPS site. If I knew it was Greencloud I would not have bought, I know you guys are garbage. Awfully overpriced. I've turned 3 people away from using your services and they all have been shocked when I showed them lots of cheaper, better alternatives. That's a fact. And any time I hear greencloudvps from anyone, I will tell them the same.

2. "You have only used our Windows VPS in the past with no tickets about the performance or pricing, you have not used our Linux VPS. You are unhappy because your refund request was rejected, but please be reasonable and do not maliciously try to harm our reputation with no evidences."
-> Well we saw where a ticket got me this time. I asked for a refund and got denied because I had bought from one of your other brands nearly 6 months ago LOL. I doubt a ticket last time would've got me anywhere. I just moved on to a better provider (there is LOADS out there for much cheaper and bette specs.. To anyone reading this, do your due diligence, don't use these guys. Overpriced, terrible support, then they will scam you out of a refund. And DO NOT use their Mac VPS either. They are the worst performing VPS I have EVER used!

I feel that the greencloudvps service is very good, the customer service staff are very enthusiastic, and the performance is very good, I am very happy to use such a good server

I bought VPS for a year and didn't get any downtime . The price is cheap and speed is good . Fast delivery after payment

Have been using this provider for more than 1 year. It was an easy provisioning. After that the VPS up and running without issue.

Performance is as advertised and reliable at least under my monitoring tool. Consider price, performance, and support, I would recommend GreenCloud VPS.

I bought a VPS in Osaka, Japan from it last year. After setting up the environment and applications, there were no problems and the service was running very well. The price is very nice, no matter where you are, the network is good also, and you get full computing resources. After having the good experience, I have recommended it to my friends.

Since I bought the VPS from greencloudvps, it has basically no issue whatsoever. Everything runs smoothly, and the network performance is really fantastic.
The xTom service which the Greencloudvps built up on has amazing connectivity worldwide and the price of the services are, I'd say, very reasonable.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the service so far and will continue to use it as long as they keep their service quality.

Bought 2 vps, one in LAX and one in Osaka. Both has decent IO performance. Osaka one has IIJ network so speed is pretty good compared to NTT.

GreencloudVPS supporting staff is very active when supporting tickets. VPS is very stable from I started it, 3 months ago
