I've been using GreenCloudVPS for about 4 years now and overall their service has been great.

Support on tickets are very quick. The staff are friendly and try to help you where they can; obviously they can't fix YOUR configuration issues, but they will always try and guide you where possible.

I'm on a very affordable plan and get a solid service. I've only ever experienced one outage that was not caused by me and it was resolved by migrating me to a more stable 'node' - this was done quite rapidly.

I would highly recommend GCVPS for their affordable prices, fast speeds and prompt support.

My review of this company.

I strongly advise against using this company's services. I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and pettiness I experienced. After canceling my plan to switch to another option they offer, I continued to get billed for the cancelled plan. They suggested a credit, which I declined, and then offered a refund minus a 6% +0.3. deduction. I refused to accept this since I had canceled the plan weeks earlier and shouldn’t be penalized for their mistake. Their response was to blame me for not canceling through their platform in addition to PayPal. I opened a case with PayPal and won, as it was the right thing to do.

But it didn’t end there. The seller went as far as completely deleting my profile and VPS, which contained important data, without any notice—even though I had another active service with them. To top it off, they refused to refund my other service which they deleted and told me to look elsewhere. When I asked for at least a refund for the other service, they responded with a dismissive reply. No refund even though they choose to delete my service and VPS.

Use at your own risk.

I won a plan on a popular VPS forum from GreenCloudVPS, the service has been pretty good, response time on tickets has been faster than others. Network speed is good for 1gbps. Only thing I have to complain about is they don't allow a lot of services to be ran that others do; game servers, TOR relays, etc. it seems they only want web sites hosted on them. If you're a web developer they're a good choice, but beware of what you're allowed to run before you buy.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using GreenCloud's proxy services. I clearly specified that I needed a New Zealand-based proxy due to my company's location compliance policies, but I was provided with the wrong proxy. This error caused my official account to be flagged, leading to serious complications on my end. When I reached out to request a refund, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that proxies are "not eligible for a refund."

This entire experience has wasted my time, energy, and money, and it shows a lack of accountability on GreenCloud’s part. I strongly advise others to avoid this service unless GreenCloud improves their customer service and commits to understanding and meeting customer requirements more effectively.

After seeing this service, here on trustpilot i resolved to add a review.

I have the service for over an year now and everything is working fine. Each time i asked support for help, they helped.

I am pleased with their service.

If the service changes, so will this review, until now or then, i am satisfied.

This company is a fraud. Look at these reviews, they spend their time going after reviewers, trying to claim the reviewer is fraudulent. IT IS THIS COMPANY THAT IS FRAUDULENT.
I have experienced their poor service myself and am happier now that I am no longer a customer. Save yourself the headaches, pay a few bucks more if you have to, just avoid these clowns.
to GreenCloudVPS, when you take people's money and don't deliver service, or refund them when they request it the day after subscribing, expect people to write 100% honest reviews about you. Don't blame the reviewer or try and claim its fraudulent, just start delivering the service people pay you for. Spend less time trying to attack reviewers(great customer service, btw) and more time on delivering the service people pay you for, losers.

I've been a customer for over a year and I've never had any problems. Powerful servers, good connection and a fair price. I notice that the packages are updated frequently, so I will continue to be a customer!

01/13/2024: UPDATE: The case has been submitted to Better Business Bureau. They are in the process of reaching out to these scammers to see if they respond.

12/22/2023: This is the worst support I have ever experienced. The service is not delivered and they are refusing to refund.

I had to open a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Unclear if they will be successful.

Just avoid problems and avoid this poorly executed company.

I've been with "the greens" just a few months and even now I have to pick up their way of tech support. really, let's try to any eu (not just) provider to see the difference. never ever seen the helpdesk guys responding in minutes, regadless a daytime. that's what I appreciate the most.

so fast as my ideas. even if I'm suddenly changing them, IT guys know that well. :)

easy as 123 - affordable (hey, c'mon, fifteen bucks/year is a real joke, love it!!!), reliable, fast (despite a "pond" in between), quickly available, easy to manage (secured vnc!), 2tb trasfer/month at least
(except asia's vps), 10gbps lan as a standard even at a lowest tier...

having 10 linux vps (big guys don't need too big toys, but many) with them so far in various locations (eu&us&apac) makes me really happy.

I can only recommend, imho the best vps provider I've ever had (working in IT for 20+ yrs).

p.s. and yes, some personal data are needed to join... but again, try ANY EU provider, they will check even your underpants size. absolutely uncomparable! those sons of the female dog ask you for an id copy, what’s unbelievable…

Japan VPS is unusable and they won't solve this problem.

Horrible experience. Due to faulty RAID I lost my VPS and all data is gone. Support service closed the ticket without even trying to help. Stay away from this company!

Started using GreenCloudVPS in August 2023. Order process, provisioning of VPS quick and without any issues.

Then:
19.09.2023 - E-Mail notification of scheduled maintenance on 22.09.2023 for an OS Update. Expected downtime 30 minutes - 1 hour.

22.09.2023 - OS Update took place (downtime 58 minutes)
22.09.2023 - VPS went online, offline, online several times
22.09.2023 - Received e-mail notification about an emergency maintenance on node. RAID card needed to be reseated. Rebuild started.
26.09.2023 - Rebuild of RAID completed, but VPS not booting anymore.

Since I did not use the service that long and have not stored a lot of data, I did not even bother to get some of my data via some extensive rescue action back. Fresh re-install and moved on to a more reliable provider.

If you can afford a downtime of almost 5 days, GreenCloudVPS is the way to go. 2 Stars for the quick and friendly ticket support.

During the whole incident, the status at status.greencloudvps.com was indicating a 100% uptime (in my case Amsterdam). I have no idea if the status is about their systems or if the city Amsterdam is up and running ;)

I'm truly disappointed with GreenCloudVPS. I recently paid for a "new" IP address for my VPS as the previous one was flagged as high risk. Greencloud requires $2.00 every time you get a new IP address. I paid it and the new one they gave me is also flagged as high risk! It's frustrating to see that while all my other VPS IPs with them have decent scores of around 65, this particular one is compromised with a high risk score of 93. What's even more aggravating is that when I reached out to them for assistance to fix this, they had the audacity to ask for an additional $2 to replace the faulty IP. This, after I'd just paid for a new one last Friday! It's unacceptable to receive compromised IPs, especially when you're paying for a service you expect to be top-notch. I refuse to be nickel-and-dimed for their oversight. I expected better from GreenCloudVPS.

I bought a VPS here, but on July 30, 2023, the VPS had a network connection error and flickered for 3 days. I can't access my website cost me a lot of money running ads and no results.
Very bad customer service, you guys should be careful when using the service here.

I bought 3 VPS here and used it for 1 month, I lost my internet connection for 20 hours, my entire website crashed, leading to the SEO ranking of my client's website being downgraded. I asked for a refund but they slandered me with 3 accounts and suspended my 3 VPS, as well as they locked my account.

Don't waste your money on a bad service like this.

Only VPS that retains the performance benchmark score for full 1 year and still rocking!!

I have tested many other VPS service providers, and after some time(months), the benchmark(network and CPU) goes down but not with GreenCloudVPS.

good price, but......

I bought a high-spec VPS, 4-core EPYC CPU, and 12 GB RAM, 2TB storage.

the morning of 5 Jan , I use scp command to backup my files from another server, 2 minutes later, I got email "your service suspended", I can't say a word, it was so poor and sad. terrible!!

You can never trust Greencloud, never.

It's an excellent budget VPS service with plenty of options and good support.
