It's useless, the worst, a total scam. All of their proxies are blacklisted, and once you buy their proxies, they don't refund your money even if their service doesn't work. And their proxies are a total scam. Customer service makes fun of customers.

Happy to know that this provider awesome is exist. We subscribe some plan since 2021 and they do really fast and cheap especially APAC network. We got some trouble but customer service is really responsive and interactive. The problem solved within minutes. For more than 3 years we only get 1 VM and 1 network problem. It solved immediately.
Now, We're moving to the bigger plan.

I was an old user but they suspended my services without a valid reason. They then sent me a new invoice for 2025 asking me to pay in crypto only. I had already paid my dues using a legit banking system and debit card. They won't refund me the funds either. Something seems very off and dodgy. Avoid them at all costs now. They now have a threatening and criminal like tone.

I suspect their normal banks usd and gbp accounts have been compromised and have funds stuck in them. This may explain why they are forcing everyone to pay in crypto. Re-invoicing old payments in order to recover any losses through crypto.

I have been their customer for past 4 years but recently they closed my 3 application from 3 different account and were forcing me to pay via crypto only. my account vps that was under used is in critical threat. all my files are gone because the stupid management decides to close my account. no reason was given. I referred them to many people but now the management has gone crazy. worst customer support they have gotten now

I will only refer to the "sale" section of the hosting. They offer insanely cheap servers with the best performance for the price. Plus the support is top notch. The initial setup failed and in matter of minutes they fixed the issue.

I ordered a VPS from GreenCloud’s so-called “HyperUS1” plan, which is clearly advertised as a U.S.-based server. What I actually got was a Romanian IP, routed through M247 Europe SRL, flagged as a public proxy, and completely useless for platforms like TikTok, PayPal, or Google Ads.

When I brought this to their attention, their support was incredibly unprofessional — even mocking trusted tools and saying the IP “just needs time to update.” Absolute nonsense.

Eventually, they agreed to refund me, but now it's been over two days and I’ve received nothing. No update, no refund — just empty words.

This is not just false advertising — it’s a complete waste of time, and a shady setup.
Avoid this company. Don’t trust the “U.S. VPS” label — it’s a Romanian proxy in disguise, and you might lose your money in the process.

I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction regarding the suspension of my VPS service. I purchased a one-year VPS plan from Greencloud, but after only 4 days of use, my VPS was unexpectedly disabled.

I have reached out to your support team and was informed that my VPS was flagged due to multiple spam reports, and I was provided with a link to one of these reports.

However, I can confirm that I have never used the email-related functions of my VPS, and I am unsure why I was flagged for this issue. I find it highly unreasonable that my VPS was suspended after such a short period of usage (only 4 days), especially without any prior notice or proper investigation.

As a paying customer, I expect a clear explanation and resolution. I kindly request that my VPS service be reinstated immediately or that I be provided with a refund for the unused portion of my subscription.

Please address this issue promptly, as it is causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my work.
