From install day through to final setup, everything was smooth and well organised — no drama, no chasing, just plain sailing.

What really stood out was how they handled all the certifications, paperwork and insurance guarantees. It was all taken care of step by step, which makes a huge difference when you’re investing in a system like this.

Even post-install, the owners are at the end of the phone if you need anything. They’ll log in, monitor the system and talk you through any questions without hesitation. That level of aftercare is rare.

I got a lot of quotes for a solar panel installation Green Eco Group were extremely competitive. But they were also patient, easy to communicate with and very accommodating - even with my timings. Scaffolding up, panels installed, scaffolding down all in 3 days. Would definitely recommend them.

We have ultimately chosen to go with the Green Echo group. After conducting thorough research, we opted for solar energy. It has been a week since the installation, and we are extremely satisfied with the product. The customer service is excellent, and the installation team consists of friendly and knowledgeable individuals. Aaron, who surveyed my property, was particularly helpful. Additionally, their prices are quite competitive compared to other providers in the market, and I highly recommend them.

Although I didn't end up going ahead with the installation for personal reasons, my experience with Green Eco Group was excellent throughout. Found Green Eco Group through the MCS register - had several quotes from various companies but green eco group took the time to chat me through my options, offered great advice and were always available to talk. Installation was completed within a day…no complaints - the fitters were very polite and tidy! 100% recommend!!!

Super professional

I was very impressed as the installation team started the install on a Saturday and returned Sunday to finish the install and by Monday the scaffolding was down. They worked around the clock and the installers were very clean and efficient. Highly recommend green eco.

Had a new solar panel system installed. Aaron conducted a on site survey on our property, I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge with renewable energy. The installation team arrived on time and are a very polite team always happy to answer any questions I was asking them.
