Green energy solar, were a pleasure to deal with, from sales to completion, everything was relaxed, communication great, install fantastic.
Cost was very competitive too, I would recommend Green energy solar to anyone without hesitation.

Green Energy Solar were great to work with (for a battery installation). They were responsive and happy to accommodate scheduling changes, and the communication overall was great.

On the installation day, the technicians arrived exactly on time, were clear about what they needed, and got their work done within the estimated time window. They identified an alternate cable run on the day to what had been identified in the prior site visit which would be aesthetically cleaner (and put fewer holes in my exterior walls) so that was much appreciated too.

Upon completion, the technician provided a thorough handover and was able to answer all my queries.

We had solar panels fitted yesterday and it was a very quick and efficient installation. The company have been easy to deal with, polite and helpful at every stage.

I recently had an issue with my Q.HOME solar system where I discovered the inverter was exporting at less than its full 5kW capability. After raising this with Green Energy Solar, their customer support team, particularly Frente Mak, handled everything professionally and proactively. They submitted a new grid application to the DNO on my behalf, got it approved, and updated the inverter settings to enable the full 5kW export, all completely free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. They also kept me informed throughout and followed up with the formal DNO documentation. Outstanding after-sales service from a company that clearly stands behind its installations. Highly recommended.

This has been a brilliant service, I am very impressed with the guys doing the install. They had a lot of knowledge. I was very impressed. Would recommend this to anyone who is interested. Very small install.

Turned up on time, very courteous and polite. Got straight to work and completed on time Cleaned up after themselves, but to be honest they didn’t make much mess anyway. Carried out all the necessary testing before leaving. I would definitely recommend them.

The team that fitted my solar panels were excellent. They arrived on time, worked consistently and considerately all the time they were here. They caused minimal disruption and did a great job, moreover they cleared up before they left and I was given a run through of the app monitoring the system. I would highly recommend them.

We had our solar panels, battery and inverter fitted by Green Energy Solar, based in Cardiff, South Wales this week. Firstly, Sam from the sales team was very helpful and did not put any pressure on us to buy the products, which was different from many other solar energy companies we had initially engaged with for quotes. It was daunting to invest in a technology that was generally unfamiliar to us and the wider public, until we spoke to [Green Energy Solar] about their range of products.
The scaffolding was erected a few days before the installation with good communication from both the scaffolding team and Green Energy Solar (GES). The GES installation team were always, polite, considerate and respectful of our home and answered questions and explained the different aspects of our new system. When we carried out our ‘due diligence’ of GES we found the website intuitive to use with a helpful podcast clear guides and reviews (which we also checked from three independent websites).
We felt that ultimately, GES can only be as good as the team that represents it. We were impressed with the polite manner of all the installation team, removing all the packaging and making sure there was no mess left inside or outside our property. It was reassuring to know that our personal values were baked into the values of this great company. The complete installation accomplished in one day along with a tuition of how to understand the related software. Thank you

There’s a good reason why Green Energy Solar get so many excellent reviews. We’ve just had a solar and battery installed and the process could not have been easier! From the start the help and support from Laura and the team has been gold standard. The scaffolding arrived without fuss, Scott who installed the panels also cleaned our gutters and Gethin and Rhys did a phenomenal job installing the electrical components. I’m so grateful to all of the team for such a seamless and efficient installation. Wonderful company, excellent team and amazing everything really! Cheers guys!x
