Installation staff pleasant and competent. Office management was pretty chaotic. Messages not passed between multiple managers,Initial survey carried out by lone very inexperienced trainee. Waited 6 months for brackets for a roof we didn't have, no measurements taken

Charging point
Work was carried out fine. Functionality of the install yet to be proven as I haven’t picked up the electric vehicle yet.
Supposed to get someone back to finish snagging issues, excess holes from garage to cupboard to be filled prepared and painted, white plastic trunking was to be installed as discussed at initial survey to tie in with surrounding area, but black armour cable has just been clipped to the wall, which has been done well but not what was agreed/expected. Holes drilled from external to inside of garage have no capping, shrouding or as a minimum some form of gromit, has been left unfinished. I did ask for method statement before work commenced this wasn’t received, as I assume the methodology and finish would be laid out in this document(scope).
The lad completing the work, worked on some really incremental weather, felt sorry for him but he plodded on.
When asked about the finishing he did say someone will be out to do it. I’m waiting on someone confirming a date.
Slightly surprised I’m being asked for payment “on completion of works” works are not complete yet.
Will add they have been very accommodating as a company, customer liaison girl was pleasant and helpful.
Price seems reasonable and fair for the install, no complaints. Just want the job finished to a higher standard than it has been left.

Happy with my first 10days of Air sourse
My first contact with G.H.S was with Graeme Logan and he was very helpul on my installation journey.
Luke and his team installed the air source pump and were very clean efficient and respectful worker.Luke explained and helped me to add app to my fon ( not an easy task for an O.A.P ) but he succeeded. Mathew and his team installed the solar panels and battery, and he also add app to my fon for solar panels explaining how it all worked ,and last but not least the office staff were excellent to deal with .There was a few hitches with deliveries arriving but that was unavoidable and probably just as annoying to the work force as was to me .I would not hesitate to recommend G.H.S to my family and friends

Internal wall insulation in old house
Following a survey Internal insulation was fitted in a very old house ( including stud walls)and carried out in a professional manner. Special mention to Steve and Paul the joiners and Lana who was most helpful in administration . I would recommend this company especially for internal wall insulation which was finished to a good standard ready for decoration.

We where very cautious on who to get to…
We where very cautious on who to get to install our solar panels and batteries as you hear so many horror stories, with us already being Octopus Energy customers we went for Green home systems as they are one of their partners.

Excellent service from start to finish
I recently had a solar panel and battery system installed by Green Home Systems and was extremely impressed throughout the whole process.
From the initial consultation through to installation, everyone I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. David was particularly patient while I worked through the different solar and battery options, making sure I chose a system that suited my needs (Aiko Panels, Sigenergy Battery & Gateway). Daniel kept me updated throughout the project and was always quick to answer any questions.
The installation team were outstanding. They were friendly, courteous and clearly took pride in their work. The electrical installation and cabling were exceptionally neat, and they kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. Jakub and the rest of the team are a real credit to the company.
I did have one minor concern regarding a small gap in the bird protection, but it was taken seriously and arrangements were quickly made to have it checked.
Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Green Home Systems to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.

Our solar and battery system has been installed with utmost care and attention to the aesthetics around our home. It all looks an integral part of our property - not “bolted on” , but installed with care and attention. Would highly recommend Green Home Systems.
Octopus gave me their contact details as they don’t install solar and battery systems in the north east of Scotland. From the moment I contacted them it has been a good smooth experience, from Graham the consultant who put together the proposal to the project guy and the resource planning, been excellent. In parallel to contacting GHS, I also contacted 3 other firms, not one of them were as good as GHS, on cost, they were a definitely more than just competitive, they beat all other quotes by a country mile.
They arrived when they said they would to start the installation of solar and Tesla powerwall, all coordinated with scaffolders, then roofing and solar panel install team then the electrical team, very professional polite and hardworking. Finished on the date they committed to, showed me how to operate and more importantly the safety side of things and isolation of the systems if required. Would recommend to anyone in the north of Scotland to consider GHS.
A big thank you to Green Home Systems, especially Graham, Daniel, Lana and Andy, the roofing team and the electrical team.
