Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving Manchester Airport (MAN), based at 3000 Aviator Way, Manchester, M22 5TG. The branch provides vehicles to travellers arriving at or departing from the airport's terminals. On arrival, call the branch to arrange shuttle pickup, then wait for the recorded information before you are connected to the driver to request collection. From Terminal 1, wait at bus stop E; from Terminal 2, use bus stop H; and from Terminal 3, wait at bus stop C. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–22:00, including public holidays.

Messy pick up and drop off
Messy pick up and drop off - could not find the office. Also much confusion at drop off - no one knew where to drop the keys. Went to the office - told to go back to the car. Went to the car - told to go back to the office.
Also - why wait 12 months before asking for a review???
But the car was ok.

Thank you for the balanced feedback. We’re glad the car itself was fine. The difficulty finding the Manchester office and the conflicting key-return directions made pickup and drop-off harder than they should have been. We also hear your question about why the review invitation came a year later.

There is no proper contact number to reach out with an office person deals customer service. Also doesn't have the option to pay the PCN by the customers itself after returning the vehicle.
