The quality of the product I received…
The quality of the product I received (cake tin) was good but one of the products was not available and there was no effort to find a replacement, automatically giving a refund. When I asked about sending a replacement as I didn’t want to have to pay a delivery fee when I was entitled to free delivery they said I should purchase again through the website. It would have been courteous and fair if they could have at least offered to waver the delivery charge

I love Greenpan
I love Greenpan. I’m so happy to have a non toxic product that I can use for my family. The customer service is also excellent. I had to return a couple of pans several years ago due to some unexplainable scratches which appeared after a couple of years. They were wonderful about replacing them.

I would have given 5 stars but it took some time to contact the company and get a reply. I was unable to find a telephone number and emailed twice before hearing from customer services. I had just about given up when I had an email from them. They quickly resolved my issue and replaced my faulty slow cooker in no time.

Best Frying Pan Ever
I bought a frying pan to replace three worn out pans: frying, small frying and mid size saucepan. The delivery was great, on time. The pan is wonderful, the best nonstick I've ever had, solid and just brilliant.

Item received in good condition
Item received in good condition, a bit over-packed as box was too large. Used the pan, so far so good, it’s non-stick if used properly. Pleased with my purchase and glad of the health benefits.

Damaged on arrival
The pans themselves are great (well balanced, robust manufacture). They arrived with damage to the non-stick coating of the large frying pan however. Given that the packaging is designed specifically for them, this is really disappointing. I expect there is little to be done about it, but it's not a good start with the brand.

Wouldn’t recommend
A few of the pans came with chips and one of the lids was out of shape. Not straight forward to contact and no clear information whether you can return individual items when purchased as a set. Decided just to keep the set, used a couple of times and chips really easy. Products look lovely but wouldn’t recommend for a new buyer

Frustrating customer service experience …
I have been trying to reach greenpan for a more than a month as I returned two pans and received an email confirmation that the pans were received by them and they’ve processed a refund but this supposed refund hasn’t reflected on my bank account ever since. The most frustrating bit is that greenpan customer service doesn’t respond and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about especially because there’s no way to call them. I have been very frustrated till now with my experience
