Good quality quick delivery and 🤞🏻safe
Chose company because of alleged health issues associated with ‘Teflon’. When I cook for my family and friends I want to keep them safe from chemical contamination and I think this product probably dies this 🤞🏻
In addition they are stylish and easy to clean as a bonus.

Green pan frying pan - don’t waste your money !
Purchased a green pan frying pan just over a year ago from John Lewis it was very expensive, initially was pleased with it but within a few months it began to stick really badly and meat / meat balls were impossible to brown off and seal. I though the pan had a decent guarantee but this is worthless I have emailed twice in the past month and not had anything more then a standard reply saying that they are were busy and reply could take up to 15 working days, emailed again and nothing, AVOID AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

Super-quick delivery; very reasonably priced. We love GreenPan pans; especially the ones with the wooden handles, as they're so nice to hold. The pans are good-looking and very non-stick. Highly recommended!

Brilliant Customer Service
I had a small chipping on the coating of one of my pans. All my pans were new, well looked after and using the pan protectors and following the care instructions. The customer service team were very helpful in sending out a new pan and efficient with their correspondence. Brilliant customer service.

Defective item, ignored by customer service. Ticket 553865
Bought the item on 23rd May, product arrived with a visual defect, which has since turned into a defect which affects the operation of the non-stick coating.
Reached out to support on the 21st April chased on the 26th April, chased again on the 2nd May, haven't had any response despite their automated first response of 'All emails are replied to within 24 business hours.'
I don't think I'll ever buy a Greenpan product again, I should've listened to the Reddit reviews.
EDIT: After Greenpan UK replied below, they contacted me via email. Unfortunately the email was just a screenshot of this review, with no text - so I guess they fulfilled their obligation to reply?

Exchange for fault
I wrote to exchange a pan that has chipped after a handful of times used. They sent me back a standard do not use metal utensils which i was disspointed with as I explained i hadnt, albiet one of the main selling points was you could, However later that day they shipped a further pan out without fuss. So credit them for that.
