Turned up with no appointment to elderly person, said there was a fault with solar system, there was no fault. Always get second opinion.

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect what took place.
Firstly, our visit was pre-arranged and booked directly with the homeowner, who willingly agreed to have their solar system serviced. Our technician did not turn up unannounced.
Upon arrival, our technician was approached by the homeowner’s son, who accused our company of being involved in a previous installation costing approximately £7,000. We explained that this work had absolutely nothing to do with Green Power Renewables Ltd and that the individual named was not employed by our company.
During the visit, our technician observed a red warning light appearing intermittently on the inverter. This was brought to the son’s attention as a precaution. At no point did we claim that the system required an expensive repair or attempt to pressure anyone into purchasing additional work.
We fully respect customers seeking second opinions. However, we believe it is unfair for our company to receive a negative review based on a misunderstanding involving another business, particularly when our appointment was arranged with the homeowner’s consent.
We take our reputation and customer service seriously and would appreciate the facts being represented accurately.
