Perhaps Grenke need to get a conscience about how they have treated small businesses by leasing them advertising screens worth £600 for £11,000. Please do not do any business with this company. They are all part of a pyramid scam with dodgy companies

Have just been told by my till system operator I need a new system and Grenke are the financier. Hate to think what they’ll charge me for a £8000 till system. Think I’ll go back to pricing guns and labels thanks but no thanks. Won’t touch them with a barge pole.

I have asked time and time again for a copy of my invoice for the rip off media screen I was mis-sold (the screen is broken).
They have completely ignored my request.
Now surely I am entitled to an invoice as I would like to claim on my insurance. At the end of the day, if I can claim my 10k that the screen supposedly cost I will be happy. But no, nothing. Which proves that GRENKE are in fact lying through their teeth.
I will also report them to HMRC as no doubt there is a VAT dodge somewhere as they cannot provide me with a VAT invoice.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY HAS ALMOST RUINED MY BUSINESS. THEY AGREED A FINANCE PACKAGE WITH 2 OTHER COMPANIES ( VISION ASSET FINANCE LTD AND VIEWABLE MEDIA) TO SUPPLY 2 ADVERTISING SCREENS WITHIN MY STORE AT A COST OF £510 PER/MONTH. GRENKE PAID VISION ASSET, VISION ASSET PAID VIEWABLE MEDIA AND THE ALL TOOK THEIR CUT. THEY CHARGED ALMOST £15,000 PER SCREEN YES £15,000 WHEN IN FACT EACH SCREEN AND ITS SOFTWARE ONLY COST AROUND £600. I WOULD PAY THIS OVER 3 YEARS, BUT GET THIS, VIEWABLE MEDIA WOULD PAY ME £510 PER/MONTH TO ADVERTISE ON THE SCREENS. SO YOU SEE, NO COST TO ME AT ALL UNTIL VIEWABLE MEDIA DOES A RUNNER WITH ALL THE MONEY £15,000 X 450 APPROX IN NORTHERN IRELAND ALONE. SO NO MORE PAYMENTS FROM VIEWABLE MEDIA BUT THREATENING LETTERS FROM GRENKE DEMANDING PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY OR FACE THE WRATH OF THEIR VERY HIGH POWERED LAWYERS. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THE ABOVED NAMED COMPANIES AS THEY DO NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT YOU. ONLY THE POUND.

They unwittingly allow third parties to sign up small retailers into extortionate finance deals.

Missold finance to small businesses of 10k+ Have signed up 100s of small businesses using companies veiwable media/rhino media without carrying out necessary checks under FCA guidelines. Are under investigation by Action Fraud, Ombudsman and Trading Standards. STAY CLEAR....

Do not deal with this company at any price they are part of a large scam on 1000s of small businesses which they claim to have known nothing about ie financing £10000 screens worth at most £1000 by a company calling themselves viewable media / Vision asset finance. The small businesses are fighting back however in their 100s

It’s very bad company because without any credit record check passed financed without consent in connection with Viewble media and vision asset. Original we didn’t have contract with grenke but Viewble media didn’t told that you going to get financing from grenke for tv screen and it’s missold by all 3 companies and tv screen is only around £500 and grenke given other viewable media around 8000 to 9000 GBP for without checking costs and now they asking £399 for 36 months so before you get financed please check all otherwise they make you fooled.

Dishonest , rude , incompetent, did I mention rude . Avoid at all costs

Grenke taking no responsibility for fact that they were represented by VIEWBLE media representatives who under false pretences sold 100s of grenke leases To business in uk / NI . They need to listen and mediate .

This company is under investigation for their involvement in selling Media packages to small businesses.basically we were told that this package was going to be totally free then when the media advertising stream money stops we were left with the leasing fees to pay £299 per month for 3 years. Totally unscrupulous one star is one star too many!

Like many other retailers, we have also had the misfortune of being mis sold into a finance agreement with GRENKE which has left us paying a small fortune for a TV screen worth a fraction of its cost!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There are plenty of other finance companies to use that will apply due diligence, Grenke do not.

I too have been taken for a ride with the mis sold advertising scheme. Comments from Grenke ‘ I should have done my due diligance’ before signing up for this arrangement. Now stuck with a blank advertising screen costing £255 per month over 36 months plus Grenke insurance fee.
A caring company ???

Greatly disappointed with this company who refuse to help the people whom they have provided leasing on behalf of the companies like Viewable media. Should follow responsible lending and realise the mistake and try to correct it like some finance companies who have released their Customers. Grenke should have carried out due diligence when financing equipment.

GRENKE charging over £10,000 for a £400 worth media screen (TV) to small business across the UK and NI. I am one of the victim of mis-sold financial agreement from GRENKE. It’s now badly affecting my business and livelihood. Even though the viewable media sales representative agree with me that he mis-sold the financial contract, but GRENKE refuses to accept that.

Use this company at your peril. They are involved in a massive scam affecting micro and small businesses across the UK & NI, and initiated by digital media company, Viewble Media, who went into liquidation last year. Grenke charging over £10,000 for a £300 max TV screen and refusing to help those affected, many of whom stand to lose their livelihoods. Grenke now being investigated by regulatory bodies, pending legal action against them

Mostly very pleased, but we are consistently charged for Insurance when we already provide confirmation of existing cover, drives me nuts and costs the company twice for the same cover, bonkers. A dedicated point of contact would be a start to seeing an improvement.
