Poor
Poor. Delivery was shocking (DHL) and correspondence was very poor from Grimeford Mill when the product was so delayed. They had no idea that the product hadn’t been delivered. I had to chase my order and it took days to resolve. I will not be using this website again. The product was fine when it did arrive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We find your remarks very confusing. You ordered the goods on 8th November, the bespoke product was made and despatched on 11th November and delivered on 12th November via APC Overnight couriers. We have not and have never used DHL and at no point have you communicated anything further with ourselves. I'm not certain what more we could have done in this situation, but welcome you contacting us directly to discuss this in more detail. We've had no other communication from yourself. I hope that our comments help to provide some balance to your review.

Great looking product and good customer services
We ordered a natural colour coir mat with rubber edging, standard size for the front door which looks amazing in the space. there was a small imperfection but having spoken to customer services, it has been resolved without any fuss and as a result we have just bought a second bespoke size of the same style for the back door! I would recommend Grimeford Mill for residential or commercial needs

Courier a problem!
All good with the matt, only issue was the courier.. APC we’re asked to leave with a neighbour as I was away for two days
They left it outside next to my bins, rained for the two day the matt was soaked, I’m still waiting for it to dry out…
