I have even written to the CEO who I believe is Mr Terry Lee Nash for help but no response.
3 MISSED APPOINTMENTS with NO explanation or apology.
2 LATE APPOINTMENTS one so late I could not wait after 4 hour delay. I ADVISED GRM.
FIRST visit bathroom extractor VENTED DIRECTLY into LOFT INSULATION - THEREFORE USELESS.
NEXT VISIT bathroom extractor left NOT WORKING.
Extractors to bathroom and downstair WC NOT VENTED CORRECTLY.
I'VE WAITED 6 weeks for corrective work. I'm being fobbed off by being told that "installers" are very busy.
EVEN the company inspecting GRM's work were amazed at the TERRIBLE QUALITY of the extractor installations.
GRM often DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES and TODAY IS ONE OF THOSE DAYS.
