Varnita was of great help during our virtual support chat! She was efficient and had already opened the ticket I had sent to the Help Desk, so she was already aware of my issues. When she fixed my GrooveSell checkout links, she did it quickly and took the initiative to also fix the issue in my account for me. We also discovered another bug while conversing, which she immediately brought up with the Dev team that same day. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience I had with Varnita throughout our virtual support chat session.
I needed help with a number of things…
I needed help with a number of things in GroovePages, as I could not seem to figure out how to do them myself, so I contacted support and Ford was most helpful... he went back and forth with me a number of times and made sure everything I had requested was done! It took a while... but we got there in the end and Ford really was very knowledgeable and very helpful!
