Kindness at a difficult time…
I made a mistake in that I literally ordered the wrong set from Ground for a cancer patient. A phonecall sorted out the problem straight away and I was allowed keep the original set with compliments. I was stunned and very moved by such generosity and the proper set arrived very promptly. Long may such service abound!
