Group Leads Avis 

Group leads has been a total time saver, is efficient, and truly the best utility for FB groups! It is a great product at a great price. I have been using it for about a year now and each update is better than the next. I love how involved the web dev is with customers.

GroupLeads has been excellent for us - helping to retrieve contact names and email addresses from all group members. Facebook has given GroupLeads its fair share of challenges this year by changing its code, but the GroupLeads team has always pivoted quickly and sent out updates and fixes. Their Facebook group is great for keeping users up to date on any issues and fixes.

The app made it really easy to get the leads we needed! The app was a life-saver when it came time to gather leads from social media.

Love the native integration with my autoresponder and the team was always quick to push out updates whenever Facebook changed their code so we could continue to use the extension with little interruption!

Definitely made my experience as a group owner much easier! And not to mention they did way more and charged way less than a lot of the competitors out there!

a nice plugin but needs a lot more work- every time I approve with the intent to send a message I have to wait for a few seconds for the process to finish.
so approving 20 friends to a group is really time consuming.

Approving all together doesn't work- the message doesn't get send.

the message itself has links and they are not clickable, so it's a massive downside, don't know if it something they can solve, maybe with 2 messages- the first text and the second link?

I have a workflow from FB group to my mailing list with Zapier and that works nicely, so I'm with the plugin but I really hope it will be faster...

also- cant use it with my phone.. waiting for your app :)

The concept is greatly appreciated, however there have been too many times this year that Facebook has made an update, therefore leaving groupleads not functioning without me even knowing. It’s taken a week or more for the update to appear in the chrome store. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Since the last mishap, I’ve been looking for alternatives. On another note their affiliate system is not accurately collecting sign ups and I have missed out on these commissions after referring my audience members and clients. Overall, I have not been very happy with it.

Setting it up was pretty easy. One part was just a little tricky but customer support responded quickly with an accurate and easy solution.
All my leads are now seamlessly imported onto a spreadsheet and into my mailchimp autoresponder. Love it!!!!!

Amazing customer service. Quick to respond to third-party software changes. Wonderful open communication in their business Facebook page and through other avenues. Clear and helpful instructions on resolving issues.

I love that I don't need to worry about adding people to my database. It's all automated through groupleads!
It saves all answers from people joining my facebook group in my CRM. Even when it updates, it's easy to re-install and it's still connected, no "new set up", it's all there!!

Great program to collect and join the data from those who join your Facebook groups to your crms and funnels. The only reason it doesn't get 5 * is when the algorithm changes it gets disconnected regularly and will go down for shirt spurts which I sometimes haven't realised and missed email addresses. Only other wish is it's only on computer so I can't do it on my phone.

This app saves me so much time. Literally hours and hours a week. And the support is fa; if I ever have a question, they respond quickly and I get back up and running.

Have really enjoyed this app. I took the time to set it up well, and I've enjoyed the time it saves me by all the features it does. When Facebook updates their settings, Group Leads is pretty quick to update their app so that it works again.

Group lead has allowed me to build immediate connections with my group members which has increased group engagement and revenue. I have used it for over 2 years and found it to be well worth the investment. Now with all things tech, there have been some issues originating from Facebook making changes, but they have always been responsive and proactive in letting me know and have traditionally resolved the issue in 24 hours.

I really love Group Leads, have been using it for about 2 years now. It really helps us stay organized in my large group with the spreadsheets and in my smaller group, the ability to send messages and start a conversation with new leads is great!

Having a way to capture email addresses from my private facebook page has allowed me to grow my list significantly. When there are updates, the team responds quickly.

I purchased group leads probably close to a year ago because I needed a program to capture names & email addresses from people who joined my Facebook group & put them onto my subscriber list. I set it up but it never worked. I contacted the company a few times but never heard back about how to fix it. I gave up and have been manually grabbing the names & emails myself, even though I paid for a full year of group leads.

Without Group Leads my FB messenger communication would be a total disaster. It not only helps me organize my leads in a pipeline, but it lets me send mass follow-up messages and making my pre-sales process super easy.
