I don’t normally leave reviews only if it’s horrible service to make it public or extraordinary service. In this case, it’s extraordinary service. Shipping a car is a very frustrating experience due to the scams. I have shipped cars multiple times and have had my share problems with that industry. But once you have an exceptional treatment with a carrier, you have to let everyone else know so they can benefit from your experience. GROUPON FREIGHT, specifically MIKE JONES, did exactly what he promised, and I know I wasn’t easy to deal with because of my past experiences. I received everything in writing, contract was 100% met, the driver was courteous, took pictures inside and out, gave me a bill of lading, called me within the hour of delivering my car, then he did FaceTime with me showing the car inside and out and then sent me the pictures. You can’t beat that service. So next time you need to ship a car, it all depends upon your contact. So if you want a smooth, honest transaction with shipping your car, you have to ask for MIKE JONES.

****BEWARE****I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE - IT IS - they are brokers and are out for blood - stay away from these types of brokers and choose to contact the independent companies directly. The original estimate was 5X less than what they expected me to pay***VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED ****
