Avoid this company!!!!! They are TOTAL SCAMERS!!!! They used my info from another broker, took my car without authorization, then demanded 3× the quote at delivery. Rude, unprofessional call center. Choose a vetted carrier/broker instead.

Let's talk about the bate and switch by Robert from Groupon. He is a liar and a cheat and will steal you blind. Quote one price..change it because they can't find a driver(which is BS,) I referred a friend to him before I realized he is corrupt and he did the same thing to them today.You obviously shouldn't be in any business where you are dealing with customers..go work on a farm shoveling manuar..because that's sums up what you did to us.

I was given a $575 quote, but then they called and said I needed to pay $1,300 because that was what the driver was asking. The original quote clearly stated: “I wanted to share your vehicle transport quote: $575 all-inclusive — door-to-door service, full insurance, tolls, and taxes included. There are no hidden fees.”

When I pointed this out, they claimed the quote was only an estimate and that I was legally bound by the contract to either continue or pay a $200 cancellation fee.

This is a textbook bait and switch. Now I’m forced to accept their price and pay more than double the original quote that promised “no hidden fees.” Apparently, an extra $725 doesn’t count as a fee in their book.

Grouponfreight is a very trustworthy & reliable company. We use them a lot & they have never let us down.

In the past we have had a lot of issues, with other companies.
They would quote a price & then when it was time to pickup the vehicle.. the price would change.

Robert gave updates of how the car transport. The price is $800 that he had quoted me was what I paid. The car was transported 1100 miles from Rhode Island to Alabama in five days. Robert did call for checkups. I was able to talk to the driver regularly and get updates.

Bait and switch. Please trust the negative reviews. They will quote you, have you pay deposit, then say "the driver is only willing to accept (x) amount" which will be 200 or more than what your remaining balance will be. Or they will say there are scheduling delays....Find a reputable company who is accredited with the BBB. GroupOn Freight will start off friendly and communicative and then when the price jumps up they act like they are doing you a favor with the lowest price.

**Update....only after my negative review was posted someone reached out about a refund. For this I will say I'm pleased and upgraded from 1 star to 2.... However I still recommend a different credible reliable company for your shipping needs based on MY experience. I have the texts assuring me my price would not increase, then it did! I used SGT Auto Transport. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. They picked up next day as I made arrangements after 5p on a Friday and delivered the same day! No price increase, no excuses about driver delays, no scam!!
