We understand that delivery charges are an important factor, particularly for international deliveries. That is why delivery charges are displayed transparently throughout the entire ordering process, so that every customer can see exactly what costs are involved before completing their order and can decide for themselves whether they wish to place an order.
Unfortunately, delivery charges to some countries are correspondingly high due to the high transport costs involved, and this is not entirely within our control.

Ordered Air-Pot 7 (new generation, 12L) — received wrong size after long delay
I placed an order for Air-Pot 7 pots — the new seventh generation, 12-liter size. I paid the full price for this specific model.
First, it took them 4 days just to process the order, which is already slow. Then the delivery itself took forever. I was waiting and waiting.
Finally, when the package arrived — they sent me the wrong pots. Not the size I ordered, not the generation I paid for.
So I waited all that time, paid for a specific product, and got something completely different. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I expect them to send the correct items I ordered or issue a full refund. Very disappointed.

Die Lieferung ist katastrophal.

Es tut uns leid, dass du so lange auf deine Bestellung warten musstest. Wir verstehen, dass dies gerade bei einer Heizmatte für die Anzucht besonders ärgerlich ist.
Deine Bestellung wurde von uns bereits am 21.04. versendet. Aufgrund der schwierigen Situation in der Zielregion kam es anschließend leider zu erheblichen Verzögerungen beim Transport, auf die wir als Versender keinen Einfluss haben. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde die Bestellung inzwischen erfolgreich zugestellt.
Wir bedauern die lange Lieferzeit und hoffen, dass du mit den erhaltenen Produkten zufrieden bist.
