The delivery came really quickly, thank you, but, as the pots were stacked together, I am really struggling to separate them. The saucers are fine.

I purchased 2 cyclone fan's. One simply stopped working after only 2 weeks
I contacted the supplier to arrange a return some weeks ago but they have not bothered to contact me at all

Top quality, top service, top prices

Packaging was done very well and arrived onetime. The light itself is excellent compared to other lights on the market that do not perform in the spectrum needed for efficients growth like ROOT!T lights. I bought 3 lights as a starter to see the efficiency for propagation and bought 4 more the next day because of the quality light this is.

I’ve used Groworks a couple of times now and this latest experience really impressed me; I had used a 10% off voucher at checkout and after I authorised the payment with PayPal, the discount had disappeared - I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was an actual phone number on the website, I called the number and someone answered immediately, I explained the issue and he refunded the difference immediately, it was all resolved with literally 2 minutes and the guy was really friendly about it. I would highly recommend using them and I will be placing another order in a couple of weeks.
