Growtanical Avis 

Really good plants, a much better size than I had expected with nice healthy roots. Compared to some I received last week from another company, tiny yellowing plugs with no chance of survival, these are superb. Packaging was very effective but didn’t use much material, not sure how they managed it but everything arrived in excellent condition. They will be my go-to plant supplier in future.

They customer service was good and all plants came in good conditions however, most of them have died even though it was taken care of carefully.

The plants were larger than I expected, all planted up now.

The plug plants came crushed to be fair they did apologise for the condition of the plants but when I asked for a refund any communication came to an end
Very disappointed and won’t be using them again

Used Growtanical last year liked the mini plugs easy to grow on and great for hanging baskets

The plants arrived with 3 that couldn’t be saved. The packaging was the problem as they’d moved around inside the box.
The condition of the other plants that were stuck down were fine. I’m hoping this is a one off as I’ve never had problems before with this seller

Fast delivery well packaged and instructions to pot on very useful

I thought the plants would arrive in pots ,so I was amazed when the plants came in a cardboard box to my surprise they were in good condition ,but the next morning I had to dash out get flower pots and compost ,and they are doing very well .thankyou .

Plants were well grown and packed and have settled in well. One star deducted for non-existent customer service: wanted to know which John Innes compost would be best, rang/cut off, rang/left message, left chat message - never any reply.
