This was my first time ordering from Grumpy Custard and definitely won’t be my last. I loved all their items and ordered the penguin, giraffe and bee erasable pens, as well as the small heart notebook and penguin heat pillow. All except the bee pen were Christmas presents for family members and they loved them. Everything arrived very promptly and beautifully packaged.

Delivery
Quite high shipping costs in terms of waiting time and quality of delivery. Parcel left at door on rainy day, box was all wet before I got home from work, despite change in shipping company that I prefer delivery to neighbours. A bit disappointed with the final cost for one pair of socks. Parcel however very nicely packaged and attached note thanking for purchase which was very nice.

The cost of shipping is something I will be working to reduce as the business grows, but as I only opened in September I don't currently have the room in the budget to make this happen. Great shop and caring customer service
My order arrived quickly and was packed with care, lots of tissue paper so the items didn't rattle around inside their individual boxes, loved that thank you!
I reached out on insta before buying and the owner is so kind and lovely in general, I get the feeling if I had a problem with anything in the order she'd do her best to help but as expected everything was perfect, so I'm happy to leave great feedback! 10/10

Cute items, great presentation and great customer service :)
Firstly the cutest items ever, I wish I could buy one of everything. The item got shipped super quickly and I got emails at every step. The item was packed super carefully and the inside of the packaging was the cutest ever, it was presented so well. The item itself was exactly as pictured and described, actually it was better if that's possible. Will definitely be making more purchases!

Great service & lovely personal touches.
I ordered a few products as Christmas presents. They were dispatched quickly and packaged beautifully! Some real personal touches and this is what makes the difference when buying from a small company. I'll definitely purchase more!
