Gurney's Seed and Nursery Avis 

My order of bulbs didn’t come with the plant care guide. Also. I requested bulbs to plant in the Fall, and the bulb mix recommended to me by Gurneys only has one bulb in it that is for Fall planting.
The rest are for Spring.
I’m disappointed

I still haven't received it nor has anyone returned my emails to tell me where it is.

I ordered three raspberry plants. Web page was very easy to use and Gurney's provided a great deal of information about the plants and how to grow and care for them.

Easy to order.

I received a dead lilac plant this morning. The stalks were completely brown and dried out. Half the leaves were still in the bottom of the box. The plant appeared to have been wrapped carefully at the base, and the soil was still moist. I spent way too much. I'm beyond disappointed with Gurney.

They had bulbs late season.

I was wanting to buy a lot more but it wasn't feasible with the shipping charges so I deleted everything that wasn't necessary. Yes I know with an order over $75 there is free shipping but it doesn't work with any other discounts even if it's well over $75. Unfortunately I'll buy the rest where I can.

The invoice in the box says that they are including general planting instructions...but they did not. I've seen that happen with other things I've ordered, as well. Someone needs to do their job and put the instructions in the box, or stop stating on the invoice that the instructions are included in the box.

The online shopping experience was easy and convenient. They made it very simple for me to know which plants would grow in my zone and gave me the ability to shop only those plants. I'm looking forward to receiving my garlic bulbs soon!

$7.99 and 7.99 in shipping to get 1 bulb of garlic. I assumed it would be 2 or 3 bulbs. You will get no more of my money.

I ordered for the first time about $60 worth of products from you. I received my first shipment of strawberries. They were all dead, not just dead. They were brown and shrilled up. There were two insects though that were very much alive in the box. I called your service and they customer service and they said they could not reimburse me for it but they will send out another

Shipping is extremely expensive for what is being shipped. If not for the shipping charge I would give 5 stars

First-time

Well, to start with, provide agents that actually speak English rather than those who don't listen to what you are saying and have to translate everything. I tried with three agents who barely understood what I was asking and argued with me and had long pauses because I think they were using Google translate and they wouldn't answer my questions, instead they just repeated the same thing at least 4 times.

Just what I have been looking for, but I could not find seedless red grapes in my area .

I read I was getting free shipping and never did. I should have quit the order. $120 seed purchase

I JUST placed my order today & was told not to expect it for a couple weeks due to high demand. That’s fine, but why am I being asked to review a product I have not even received yet?
