Phone ordering is easy & efficient
Since online ordering is so difficult (have to change password every time) it's good that it is easy to order by phone. The customer service representative was pleasant & efficient. Perhaps the online ordering issue with password has been fixed, but I haven't tried it again since phone ordering is easy.

I never recieved my order
I never recieved my order. You have a system that can not track. I contacted you multiple times asking you to overnight 2 replacement tiny packs of seeds to replace them and you refused to fix YOUR issue. You finally sent me an email saying you are replacing them after a week of vack and forth. However they won't ship for approximately 6 more days then take another 14 to 19 days to arrive. You do not care about your customers. My guess is you will not post this rating publicly.

The plants I have ordered in the past always arrive healthy and with good tracking. Navigating thd site is easy and clear, and I love that the discount code always stays at the top of the screen so I don't have to write it at the start or try to find it at the end.

I like the products that you offer. I chose Paypal as my option to pay. As I was signing in to Paypal, I had barely finished typing my email address when a window popped up from "shop" to continue signing in on their platform. I did not. I do not like them. I think that they are sneaky and aggressive. I hope that you are not associated with them.

Codes didn’t work; customer service did!
I didn’t like the fact that your free shipping coupon did not work ( my order was $65. And change). I contacted customer service. They gave me a new code which also did not work. Finally, I called customer service and the woman who took my call was very helpful. I liked that! She put my order through with no hassles!
