total scam, ordered over a month ago. tracking says its at the sorting center in my town for the last 3 days. my town is not even big enough for a sorting center. nobody will answer the emails i have sent. update::::now the package shows delivered on tracking but never arrived. they did finally email back and just told me to use the tracking link but offered me 15% back in good faith.

They said my package was delivered. But I never received it. I have a camara on my porch. No one never delivered a package to my house. This company is a scam

I waited from June 6th,2026 till they said order was delivered on July 9th, 2026 but I never received my order after waiting over a month. Was waiting on UPS TRACKING NUMBER WORLDWIDE, Who says the number given to me doesn't exist and I was sitting in front of my apartment complex at the time they said it was delivered and no order from them was delivered at the time they say it was delivered. They kept saying be patient it's coming and it NEVER CAME!!! WHAT A RIP_OFF COMPANY!! I would not trust them with any order!!

I bought a bunch of shorts for my husband and paid for 2 day delivery on top of it. Got tracking number and tracked package for a month then it said delivered. It was never delivered. Customer service will not email me back or respond on live chat about the tracking number for who the parcel was being delivered by in the usa. Number I have is not in service.

total scam said it was delivered and never was .and only want to refund 70% back now it says it takes up to 18to 25 business days and refuses to give me a supervisors money .total scam

The tracking information indicated my purchase was delivered 7/3/26 @ 9:22. Nothing was delivered; I’ve emailed twice no response the contact number, operator said number could not be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again. I request a refund in my email.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would do it. Never sent me the product I purchased and then lied about it a few times. Yeah, it was only about $30, but it's the principle.

Avoid this POS company at all costs.

This totally a scam don't buy anything from them. You won't receive package and you won't get your money back.

Not good at all they claim to have sent my paclage twice never received it each time just saying "delivered" and then talkimg about the carrier will only refund them 70% back for their mail claim they are a fraud anyone that doesnt uses a regular shipping service after the secons time that the customer didnt receive their order? Fraud! And it took over a whole month and still didnt get left both times! Dont trust or order anything from them! And i told my hisband stick with stores that he know of this was a foreign company and not even sure if they even shipped the product or not.

Never received my order. They sent to the wrong zip code. I complained and made sure to tell them they got the address wrong, even though I clearly typed it right on the order, so they supposedly sent it again. Guess what, says delivered, but to package. Either they are absolutely retarded and can't read, or they have scammed me from the start. Absolutely do NOT order from here. Save yourself the money and hassle!

Really it should be no stars, they have good prices and deals. I ordered my package beginning of April online it says 7 to 14 business days. It took exactly a month before they messaged my package was delivered but it never was. They resent it and same thing package was never delivered twice. Now they don't want to give me a full refund only wants to do 70% cause they suffered loss too. Not acceptable not my fault there delivery team isn't doing there job properly. Highly don't recommend...
