Gyalabs Avis 

I’ve ordered from gya labs several times. I’ve bought several of their essential oils and I believe the product is good quality however, my most recent order has been preparing to ship for about 14 days now. It’s a $70 order so of course I’m peeved. I recently searched to find that gya labs ships from China so I requested a refund because I believe that there may be a trades issue underlying this delay because I usually get my orders fairly quickly (within a week of ordering) but they haven’t responded to my email. I’ll wait until tomorrow to contact my bank because I first want to do my due diligence in contacting and waiting for a response from the merchant. My take is to make sure that you buy within the US if getting these essential oils are crucial for you. If you want to wait forever or get charged and ghosted then that’s your choice as well. At best order through Amazon, except Amazon doesn’t carry the variety same as the gya labs website. Order at your own risk.

I was given a small bottle of Gya Labs nutmeg oil by an Ayurvedic practitioner in North Carolina to help treat insomnia. When I returned to Canada, I went online and ordered three more bottles from the Gyalabs.com website thinking it was the real deal. Gya Labs wouldn't ship to Canada nor to the US (even though their website says they're based in Dover, Delaware, US), but because the bottle has a London UK address, I had it shipped to a friend in the UK and somehow the website allowed that transaction to go through. Well, the package was shipped from China.

There is no indication of where the product is made. Nowhere is this info available. Not on the packaging, nor the bottle, nor the website. Why? Furthermore, their Delaware address is not a real location but a virtual address borrowed from a company that advertises their business as "Looking for a Delaware business presence and virtual office?
We will give you your own suite number in our Dover, DE office. We own our building. You can use our Delaware address for your websites, mail, business cards, and whatever you need." Enough said.

Alright, so it's clear it's a non-transparent company, a shady business ran out of China, pretending to have HQ in the US with a UK address (not a made in England) on the product packaging. They're doing everything not to say where their product is made. Why? Is it even essential oil?

I spent US$60 on unidentifiable garbage from GyaLabs.com shipped from China just for the chance to tell you their story.

Their product is going in the trash can or should I say 垃圾箱

they might be real products as i bought from amazon before but
