My time wasted
Despite their website saying they had the item
Despite 2 phones asking is the item in stock and being told yes, was pick up now ok and being told yes.
Turns out they did not have item in stock
Wasted my time. I drove a round trip of 50kms for nothing.

Our stock system updates as soon as our shipments arrive at the Melbourne wharf, allowing our warehouse to start processing immediately. Unfortunately, there were two days discrepancy between the system update and the actual availability of the item at our store when you inquired. This is not the level of service we strive to provide.
We are actively working on improving our stock management and communication processes to prevent such issues in the future.

Beware - Returns for an online retailer
Spent over $400 in 2 items , one of them didn’t fit my rack I had as they are an online retailer I can’t tell this is the case till I receive .
Being an online retailer didn’t see an issue to return as it doesn’t fit , if I could go in store and see it would be an issue .
As an online retailer should realise this will be an issue they need to address with there returns policy .
When asked to send the 1 of 2 items purchased for $119 they wanted me to pay for return shipping ( didn’t mind ) but then they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee $23.50 ) then they also wanted to take the shipping they paid when sending it to me initially which is more then also quoted on their website ) $29.99 so to return an item that isn’t fit for purpose I then would get $45 refund taking into contention also sending it back to them .
They say they shouldn’t have to ABSORB the shipping fee but I still got a $300 bench that I am not returning so if you return 1 item of how ever many you buy they will ask for the total shipping back .
Shop at another online retailer that gives you piece of mind of returns there are plenty others out there !!!!!!

Your order is placed on Friday (14th Oct 2022) and successfully delivered on Thursday (20th Oct 2022). The negative feedback was left on Tuesday (18th Oct 2022).
Our order fulfilment process is as below:
Once order received, we will need 24 - 72 hours for our fulfilment team to prepare the postage label, pick and pack your order, and then pass the parcel to the courier company.
Generally speaking, customers will see the first parcel scan event in 24 - 72 hours once order placed online. This means the parcel has left our warehouse and on its way to you.
We apology for the concerns raised during these hours that the tracking number is not active online.
Fortunately, we could assure that there is no existing discrepancies noted with our warehouse order fulfilment process.
Also worth mentioning here is in some cases when the order is needed urgently or there are some special delivery request, please do contact us before placing order so we shall be able to tell you if our fulfilment team could prioritise your order or upgrade your delivery to an express shipping service.

26 Days to delivery.
17 Day wait for product so far. Courier falsely claimed missed delivery (I work from home, office in front room). Requested Gym Plus contact courier to report this and demand action, but no assistance was forthcoming. Very disappointing.
Update 3/9 After my review here, I was contacted by Gyms Plus who went on to provide assistance and refund the cost of postage. The courier service (Couriers Please) was absolutely terrible. 26 Days to delivery. I am happy with quality of the product and added an extra star to my original review.

Sorry for the delay of the delivery and thanks for update your review from 1 star to 2 star after receiving the product. I'm also glad to know you're happy with the quality of the product.
The parcel was sent from Melbourne to Dudley Park 6210 (Western Australia). We were contacted on 23rd Aug about the parcel delay. At that time, you have already submit a redelivery request to courier company. We then suggest let's wait for couple of days as they already have the redelivery instruction and don't allow multiple request to be sent to their system. The latest delivery window of the item is 25th Aug. Until then, the system would not accept any further request.
After the latest delivery date of 25th Aug, that is, 26th Aug. We checked the delivery progress and noticed the parcel is still not delivered. We then sent parcel investigation request to the courier company. They accepted the request by then and started the depot search. After a few business days, on 2nd Sep, the parcel has been successfully delivered. - Finally!
We understood the whole process is frustrating. Time to time, the delivery driver could make mistakes and missed the delivery. In the whole process, our support team made every effort to assist and push the delivery to happen, and finally we've got there!
Rest assured, our delivery partners do not have major delays like this often, so it is unlikely that you will experience a same issue on this scale.
We're still looking forward to serving you in near future!

Dumbbell rack
18/4 - Delivery time was reasonable. Thought price was decent until I unpacked my delivery which had deep scratches all over the frame which comprises the protective paint. Won’t buy from this company again
1/6 - UPDATE - Customer service contacted me immediately after my review and were most helpful. Offered to send me replacement legs.
I received them today and whilst they don’t have as many deep scratches as the last legs, I now have a set of replacement legs that have bubbles formed under the paint which appears to be either rust on the steel below or the worst paint job I have ever seen. Either way I would not purchase this product in the condition it is in.

Gym bench is very good quality
Gym bench is very good quality, happy with product choice. Courier alerts, dates and timings a bit and miss, obviously Covid delays aren’t helping at the moment, however had to launch an investigation to find the parcel in the end.
