Worst cloth brand in the world !! Terrible customers services, no response with my return email 3 times. And keeping silent since then !! Not even worth 1 star. Keep this brand far away from your list

I order 2 items, I was then contacted via email saying one item is actually out of stock and offered a refund or to change items. I responded and never got a reply. I’ve tried contacting on every platform and with zero response. It’s been over a month with zero contact.

Ordered 3 items, then after almost 2 months I suddenly get a partial refund and only got 1 item delivered. The amount refunded doesn’t even add up to the 2 items they decided not to send but surprisingly they’re both still being sold on their website! I’ve lodged a formal complaint with the department of fair trading. I suggest others do the same and shut down this fraudulent business.

I was suprised to see so many bad reviews for this company. I honestly didn’t experience any issues with this company. All the items I ordered were in stock and even better the colours I wanted were in stock so I was over the moon. I received my order like a week after I placed it (I paid for express postage I think). I did order the shorts in 3xl which maybe had something to do with me having no issues as I noticed XL and 2Xl (I wanted 2XL to be safe) were out of stock so I went with the 3XL which tbh still fits me great. The feedback from other customers does worry me because I want to place another but I’m paranoid about being messed around by them.

Ordered on the 15th of jan.. it's now a month later and my items havn't been shipped. Ive sent multiple emails and the store won't reply... Straight in the bin if they ever do come what a joke.

Ordered two pairs of shorts, sent me one but not the other - didn’t proactively contact me about it and waited until I contacted them (via email as they provide no phone number - on purpose?), said they’d not sent the second pair as were not in stock and would wait for my response on whether I wanted another colour, no responses from them since in three or four weeks and many emails and social media messages. No response from their instagram account which is still live and advertising the very same product they have told me is not in stock. Really pathetic guys, are you going out of business and trying to sneak in a few more sales?

Purchased item from gymroo said it was out of stock and did not refund. The item is still being sold on the website.

Long story short. Ordered on their black out friday sale before Christmas. Heard nothing back start of Jan. Was told the shipment was on its way they have just had a massive influx of orders and didnt have enough stock and well we are currently in February now so yeah im pissed. Dont waste your money. Christmas present idea was the biggest disappointment

A little over a year old and the ‘beater’ singlet I bought from them has completely failed. Puckered fabric and design / print almost completely eroded

Do not order. Pathetic excuse for an Australian company. Ordered three pairs of shorts on the 27th of November and still haven't received. An email came through from Auspost stating a label was made and that is it, hasn't changed since. They have ignored multiple emails and DM's. Really disappointing when trying to support an Aussie brand...

Worst experience I have had for a long time - 3 month wait and almost zero communication (other than spamming their product)….when it finally arrived it was notably cheap and nasty. Stay away.

Absolutely terrible ordered November last year been trying to email for an exchange for different size and haven’t had 1 email back from them wouldn’t buy from there ever again.

Terrible experience, i ordered pants and a shirt. There was no tracking at all on the order and my shirt never rocked up. I have sent them many emails but i get no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered in October. No delivery in Nov/Dec. Refund/return requested. No commication.

Gym roos first time I bought were amazing. 2 years after decided to buy some new range. Ordered $300 worth of shorts on 13November25, contacted on 27thNov and got told 10 days, contacted again on 10 December and got told 8 more days, requested a refund at which point they stopped replying. Tried posting comments to facebook and Instagram which they just deleted and order was still not fulfilled by 10Jan26. Conducted a charge back through bank to get money back.

Will never use them again

Ordered in November for a Christmas gift thinking plenty it would arrive in plenty of time given fasttrack delivery I requested2-8 days. Order confirmed 1/12. Jan 10th I received something about a label being created and today Aus Post email stating delivery Nothing has arrived. What an absolute sh1t show this company is. No response to emails. Cannot even comment on the product as I don’t have it. Went with them as they claim to be Australian. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I’m posting this to genuinely warn others, because I wish I’d seen a review like this before ordering.
I placed a large order in mid-November, well ahead of Christmas, with express shipping. What followed was nearly two months of delays, shifting explanations, and an almost complete lack of genuine customer service.
Key issues:
Shipping timelines were repeatedly changed with no accountability
A shipping label was created days before the parcel was actually handed to Australia Post, making tracking misleading
Social media posts claimed stock had arrived and orders were shipping, while my paid order remained untouched
Comments asking for clarification were deleted rather than addressed
Emails and DMs went unanswered, or received generic automated replies that contradicted reality
The only way my order progressed at all was through persistent follow-ups. Without that, I strongly suspect it would have continued to be delayed indefinitely.
When the order finally arrived:
All items were included
Sizing was correct
Fit is decent
However, one pair of shorts arrived with a faulty pocket zip, and Gymroos never responded to my email about this issue. I ultimately had to fix it myself.
The core problem is not the clothing — it’s the business practices.
Poor communication, misleading shipping behaviour, and apparent suppression of customer feedback create a stressful and unnecessary experience.
If you order from Gymroos:
Do not trust advertised dispatch timelines
Be cautious during sales or “restock” periods
Expect delays and minimal transparency if something goes wrong
I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.

Ordered in early November when the website said same day shipping. It's January and nothing has shipped, and multiple emails to their customer support have been ignored. Have had to contact my bank to get my money back from these scammers.

Cant rate them a 0, hands down worst ever online shopping experience.

No customer service at all they will just send automated messages and dont have it laid down on the website youll need to wait 2 months for the product to arrive.

Good luck trying to cancel your order or even getting a refund as they will not reply at all.
