Avoid this company at all costs.

Don’t buy from these guys they are absolute scamming dogs who steals peoples money!

Ordered from the Black Friday deal at the end of November and still haven’t received my order, haven’t even had any updates as to if it even been processed. Sent 2 emails and messages both Facebook and Instagram accounts and heard nothing back!

Don’t fall victim to these guys like I did! Buy gym shorts somewhere else.

Unfortunately we are another victim of GYMROOS dodgy Black Friday sales. My partner and I have had to initiate chargebacks on both our cards and Afterpay due to our orders still not being shipped.

For anyone else affected, I strongly recommend lodging a formal complaint with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. Gym Roos HQ is based in Burleigh, and OFT only steps in when multiple consumers report the same business. They do investigate and do take enforcement action once enough reports are received.

I’ve been through this process before and it resulted in a successful magistrates court outcome, so this isn’t an empty suggestion, it works.

Please report them, it takes 5 minutes!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered during their Black Friday sale in November. I followed up after the order wasn’t dispatched after 3 weeks, they replied once and now won’t reply after following up multiple times or asking for a refund. 100% scammers.

Order took 7 weeks to arrive. Poor communication, i sent a few emails and mostly ignored apart from automated response and then radio silence for weeks until i would email again and no response. I ordered on 13/11/25 and only received my package on 07/01/26.
Can’t fault the quality of the shirts but customer service was a total let now.
They also removed my bad review from their website.
Won’t be ordering from them again

I ordered my shorts on 14 November 2025, which were advertised to be shipped in 2 to 5 days. After almost two months and multiple attempts to contact the company without receiving a reply, the shorts arrived. They are moderate quality, and not worth the months-long wait for my order without any contact from the business.

Gymroos has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I have been waiting months for my order, with absolutely no resolution in sight. Reaching out to customer service feels like shouting into the abyss — they are essentially non-existent.

On the rare occasion someone responds, it’s nothing but empty promises and vague excuses. No updates, no tracking, no real assistance. At this point, it feels like they’ve simply taken my money. I can’t get my items delivered, and I can’t even get a refund.

A business that ignores customers, fails to deliver paid products, and offers no meaningful support should not be trusted. Save yourself the frustration and stress — do not order from Gymroos.

Total scam, order placed 7 weeks ago, still waiting and no reply to all attempts to contact. $200 down the drain

Ordered a month before Christmas and still havent arrived( it’s early January) disgraceful company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Not even worth one star. Ordered for Christmas, still have not received. Had to purchase locally instead and no reply to emails or messages. Substandard website and no customer communication - very disappointing.
Unfortunately for this ‘start-up’, they have breached several consumer laws with the wrong person and will be lodging complaints with ACCC.

Took an age to dispatch. Week or so. Emailed. No reply. Took the usual international periods to come that are nothing like advertised but not the companies fault. Items held by customs despite the value being £10 under threshold and the amount was £55 on £125 worth of goods. Emailed. No reply again. Waited a week to email again. No reply. Same again no reply. Did get some generic auto reply that had nothing to do with my issue where the company have tried to batch send something that would answer issues on none delivery so clearly this lot have bitten off way more than they can chew. Used them before and the goods were excellent. Bit this time it’s been pointless. Contacting bank for a refund since this lot haven’t replied ever and the goods are held. No idea who’s fault the hold is but it’s this lots responsibility to fill out the customs label so I’m guessing it’s on the company. Best of luck to anyone ordering. You’ll need it! The reviews on here are all the same as this too

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Placed an order on 26/11/25 at 9am. Website claimed same-day dispatch if order was placed before 12pm, I also paid extra for express shipping. It is now 5/01/26 and I have been ghosted by the company.
It started with “your order will be shipped in less than 10 days” (2 weeks after placing my order, emails being ignored, then finally reaching them through Facebook Messenger), then “will be shipped early next week”, and lastly “sometime this week”. The last time they said that was 29/12.
My many requests for a refund during these interactions were ignored, despite them being the one to initially offer one, and instead kept getting hit with the “it’s being shipped soon” excuse.
They are an absolute scam of a company and i will not be shy about telling everyone i know to avoid them at all costs.
I honestly hope the basement they run this scam from collapses :)

They’re essentially a sh*tshow. Shipping times are a joke so DO NOT bother paying for express post. Expect lengthy delays. Judging by the other reviews, I hope there are no issues with my order whenever it is received.

No communication after messaging multiple times & paid for express shipping would atleast like the refund on this since i’ve been waiting over for a month - do not use this service

DO NOT order from this company! They won’t ship your products nor will they reply to your emails. Customer service is nonexistent and when you post on their fb for all to see, they delete your comment!!!

Spend money with them before, was super happy with their products, for some unknown reason they think its okay to now be scamming dogs
