Nice clothes but absolutely shocking customer service and deliver. They never answer your emails and delivery takes months and months

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered through their Black Friday sales on the 18th of November and my order hasn't even shipped yet.
I have tried commenting on their social media accounts, messaging and emails and I have had no response or contact from Gymroos in any way.

They are scamming people!! Before you buy read the social media advert comments. They are as dodgy as they come. They do not send you your products. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re going under and just taking peoples money right now as there is a lot of of us that haven’t been replied to and brushed to the side do not buy they say again DO NOT BUY.!

An order placed on November 21st, as part of a Black Friday promotion, has not yet been delivered as of December 12th. Attempts to contact customer support have been unsuccessful. We advise against buying from them. AVOID IT!

Over sold and now have been waiting 5 weeks for my order with no updates or responses from their team whatsoever. I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

Avoid like the plague. This is a poorly ran company and needs to be forced to shut up shop.

They state everything is in stock and ready to ship but here we are weeks later waiting for our order. They do not respond to emails and dms, and delete comments on their socials of customer asking where their orders are. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have reported to the ACCC and scam watch.

Misleading information. Products not shipped. Non responsive to emails requesting information about orders. Products are decent… once they actually arrive. Very poor customer service, have experienced this numerous times, won’t be purchasing from them again.

My orders were placed over 30 days ago. Through many many many attempts to get in touch with some one, has resulted in nothing.
I heard they’re going into receivership, so must be taking what they can get out of us while they can….

The best way to reach them is via instagram however I’ve had the same problem. I’ve ordered over 3weeks ago and still nothing. Will have to wait 30 days to recuperate funds via Mastercard. So if you want to chance it, use a credit card since they’ll have a quicker response time.

Ordered on November 23. No order update tracking number since. Only way to contact them is email and it’s been 4 days with no response. Terrible service. Even if the shorts arrive and I like them I won’t be buying again.

Seems to be the same story as a lot of other customers. Placed an order 4 weeks ago, and product is still being prepared for shipping woth no update or contact. Zero customer service/support with 2 emails unanswered and tried contacting them through the website.

Shame as have really enjoyed the products, but the juice ain’t worth the squeeze.

Product was ordered October 1st, after initial updates im now being ghosted. Judging from the rest of the reviews this is standard. Be warned. I wish I had read the reviews first.

ordered 3x shorts 12/10 and two weeks later still didn’t receive anything until i followed up and they sent two. After almost two months still haven’t received the last of the shorts i ordered. Emailed them and then said its due to black Friday sales. I ordered my items well before the black Friday sales. Few years ago i purchased from them with no problems. Don’t know what’s different now but not only do they not deliver your order YOU have to chase it up with them yourself. Only then will they look into it. Very unprofessional. Will not be buying from them again.

One star rating is quite generous if you ask me! My husband ordered x2 shorts in early OCT, one arrived and the other one he’s still waiting on. Have emailed them numerous times, but only the first two responses suggested to wait another 2-3 weeks because they said it was in their “second shipment”, so he was patient enough to wait a little longer but how long is too long? It’s now been over 2 months, his patience have worn off and the recent email responses he’s been getting are all now “automated replies” but now he’s waiting to hear back RE: refund but I’m guessing he’ll have to wait another 2 more months to get a proper response? What a joke! I’m reading all these other reviews and it seems like my husband isn’t the only victim? It’s quite sad to think how many customers were ripped off because of their lies and incompetencies! Shame on them!

In the past this company use to be great however over time the quality has decreased. Remained customers as customer service actually existed and problems rectified. Ordered a simple shirt 3 weeks ago and for weeks its been saying preparing shipment. Contact gymroos via email - no response, facebook - no response, facebook pm - get a generic response. I have had to now initiate a funds recovery through my bank which is an annoying process that I now have to do. Would not recommend this company - can get the same products from shein.

Paid for 3x singlets, 2 months later still waiting. Was told they are 3 weeks away and another 2 months passed and still nothing now they are ignoring my messages and sold my money. Never purchase anything from this company.

Here is why
I’m extremely disappointed with this store. I bought gym clothes and realised the material would irritate my skin. The items were brand new, never worn, yet the store refused to give me a refund and insisted on store credit only — even though I clearly can’t use it because the material itself causes a reaction.

Their customer service had zero flexibility, no understanding, and no willingness to support a genuine issue. It feels like they care more about keeping the money than about customers’ wellbeing or fair treatment.

I definitely won’t be purchasing from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for honest and supportive service.

Over 10 business days ive been waiting for my order to ship and then they go and gloat on instagram showing a video of all the orders. How about instead of doing that send the orders out and start replying to your customers. Absolutely disgraceful

I have ordered 4 times, great product but they take so long to deliver.

My experience has been quite different than the majority of these. I received correspondence immediately after ordering and updates on when I can expect delivery.
I love the shorts and the logo.
My only complaint is that the stringers are quite long. I’m a shorter torsoed guy in a long torso world.
