The Gynae Centre Avis 

Alex and his team at the Gynae centre are amazing. The nurses were so lovely and friendly and made me feel so cared for. Alex is a fantastic doctor and I’ve had the best ever experience with him and contraceptive fitting, he really makes sure everything is perfect and makes you feel completely at ease. Can’t recommend the Gynae centre highly enough.

This was the right and choice for the fastest and best service I could have asked for. Recommend this to everyone. Thank you to the admin team.

This is the first time I have been to the Gynae centre with my sister and I was stunned with exceptionally professional services received from Administrative team there. I can't recommend the gynae centre enough to my dear ones.

Escorted a friend to this clinic. I was shocked to see a staff member in a 40th birthday tiara and sash answer the door with balloons around as if there was a party, lots of chat going on about presents whilst very vulnerable women were in a very small waiting area. It felt very insensitive to see family photos of new borns on the walls in the waiting room given women were there for terminations. The anesthetist was late so my friends proceedure was delayed resulting in inceased cramping from pre given drugs. No one asked if she was OK, I had to find someone who then gave her a compress. No apology for the late start from the anesthesatist and I don't think the doctor introduced himself to my friend before starting.

I had Botox treatment with Dr Eskander. He helped me resolve my vaginismus issue. I could not be more grateful to him and his expertise. Great bedside manner, a caring and kind from the Nurses Jessica and bridie were so professional. Manageress Tracy fitted me in for a same day appointment taking into account that I am coming a long way. Thank again to the team at Gynae Centre

We saw both Dr Eskander and Dr Aka on another visit. Both are very professional and know their homework very well. Very nice polite staff. Tracy the manager fitted us immediately for an emergency appointment. Nurse Jessica was brilliant

I wish I read these reviews prior to calling in. Incredibly unprofessional!
To start with, the service was late. I was not fit for the treatment I called in about, yet was led to believe I am and so booked in. All they care about is money. They only tried to upsell later on. The consultant was nice, but that is where it ends. He told me I should have been told at the time of booking not to book. The rudeness of management staff is unheard off, they accused me of untrue facts over and over, they also accused the consultant of being dismissive and unhelpful. They are very good at manipulating facts. They kept changing what they said and blamed everyone else to get themselves out of lies. No apology. They offered a partial credit note after all, which shows they are aware of the fact that I have not received any treatment, but I would never even dream of going close to the clinic again, after the way they treated me, so no idea how a credit note can be any compensation to me. So losing all my money for one very short call, where I was told I am unfit.
My honest advice is to stay away if you expect a professional service for your money.

I have to thank everyone at The Gynae Centre from start to finish. The reception staff were very helpful when booking in my appointment as having anxiety it was very difficult. I didn't know what to expect when going to the clinic as I was very nervous and anxious. However, when I came into the clinic everyone put me at ease, the nurses and Dr were very professional and caring. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Amazing clinic, the doctors and nurses are super professional and helpful. The clinic is very clean overall a great service. I had issues in pregnancy where the NHS told me I was going to lose my baby but due to the Dr Eskander’s expert care my baby was born safe and well.

I was very nervous and anxious about going to the gynae clinic and didn't know what to expect, but I have to say that all the staff both nurses and admin were extremely helpful and compassionate with regards to my appointment. Dr Eskander answered all my questions in a relaxing environment and in very proffesional manner. I totally recommend the gynae clinic. Thank you

First I want to say my doctor was nice gentlemen, my experience outside of this was not good at all. Avoid this clinic, the NHS is probably better than this company. The amount you are paying, will not be worth it. The reasons for being there was discussed in a waiting room in front of others, not discretely at all. This is breach of privacy and confidentiality, have never experienced this before. They handed me a survey to sign, I asked I just need to sign this? he said yes. To find out after that they circled the answers 5/5 themselves and dated it themselves which is forgery. Of course I contacted the clinic, the management are exceptionally rude and will lie to get themselves out of a situation. Please bare in mind, I did not ask for a refund, I was expressing my concerns and did not receive one apology. If you want a compassionate healthcare setting, please do not go here, if you want to go private, find another clinic.

If I could, I would give it a 0 star rating. I had a miserable experience at the Gynae centre. The doctor was pleasant, but he appeared pressed for time, which I would expect from the NHS but not from a private clinic where I paid £600. Clearly, a blonde nurse with curly hair lacked knowledge of caring. She stormed into the room as I prepared for an internal scan, interrogating me about whether I used the toilet or not, because there was reportedly some water on the floor and she was responsible for cleaning it. If you are dissatisfied with your duties, deal with your management; do not vent your frustrations on your clients, particularly when you charge them this much money. When I made a comment about this prior to leaving the place, she became defensive and interrupted me to say that I am wrong! APPALLING. I would advise you to think twice before using this service.

Finding the right clinic is always a difficult decision. I found Gynae Centre on Queen Anne Street. The clinic were extremely efficient in getting back to me with all my questions. I spoke to a lovely nurse called Laura. She was amazing she managed to sort my appointment out and arrange my procedure within a day. Everything went so smoothly they are extremely organised. I met Dr Albert Aka, he made me feel at ease throughout and explained everything so well. I can’t thank you both enough for my experience. You guys looked after me from my first phone call to even getting me to my car safely outside the clinic after my procedure. Thank you and I 100% really recommend this clinic. Location is great too.
