It is a really good and sturdy product. It is just that I have been using it for over a month now and there is still a ‘burnt taste’ to the water. You get used to it and it is not apparent when cooking, just drinking the water.

Ok so you want honesty I bought my first H2olabs water distiller about 2 years ago, I was that impressed I bought a 2nd one, for anyone who hasn't tried distilled water, it's the way forward , when I did my first drinking batch it was like drinking silk its beautiful, you drink it and literally want more. When you have made a batch of water let the chamber of the distiller cool take off the chamber top and take a look at the contaminated residue left behind, and take a smell, yes that's what you have been drinking for years, but you don't have to drink disgusting smelly tap water , I myself will never drink tap water again in my life , I made a better choice for my life and my families life, the choice is clear for me what's yours going to be.

I a m using these distillers for years ..so are my friends...recently I received distiller to Spain. ( I traveled from USA and intend to stay in Spain longer. )..unfortunately the distiller came with the electric cord suitable for USA....but...after my email to company - the mistake wasimmedialety corrected...I received suitable cord to plug in and fully am enjoying my distiller. reliable company...reliable product...both hands up...thank you

We use your Stainless Steel Water Distiller Model 300SSE with Glass Carafe. It's a manual device so there's a sequence that has to be followed. What you get is totally pure water, so it's worth the small effort.
A tip for cleaning: After each distillation use a small amount of white wine vinegar to soak the residue at the bottom of the kettle. Soak for about 10 minutes & all residue will be easily removed with a nylon scourer.

I thought about illnesses in people who sadly have to have radiation and toxic treatments to help them, eventually this toxic waste ends up in the water supply, the only way to remove this is by evaporation.
This is why I bought this machine, the path to the purest water.

This water purifier is fantastic, we only drink this now. Saves on plastic bottles and rescaling the kettle
