I had my first conversation with Jim 1-2 weeks ago, as we experienced severe hacking issues that could have destroyed our major channel for customer acquisition. Jim told me about a Drupal issue with a very high security warning. He said that once we get that off our website, he would take over from there.
I was very surprised by the fee scale, as I felt it was more than reasonable. But he said it would only take a few hours to rid the site of all the malware. He was that confident. True to his word, once he took over, he worked so aggressively, with a flood of updates and status reports from him. Within hours, the website was not only cleared of malware, but also, much dead code was removed and major hosting services that had blacklisted us immediately reclassified us to their "good neighborhood" list.

Imagine that you check you website ranking on Google and see that little message, "this website might have been hacked". I reviewed my site and to my naked eye, I couldn't see a thing.
