Consultant Victoria explained everything in detail and told me about the transplantation method. I was recommended the DHI method with 4500 grafts.

When I arrived, I was welcomed warmly, and the organization was excellent. The doctors listen to your feedback and are always ready to discuss exactly what you want. My treatment plan was confirmed, and the transplant procedure went smoothly.

The hotel was 5-star, and I especially appreciated that the team stays in contact with you for a long period after the procedure and is always ready to answer questions.

And most importantly, the result turned out to be excellent. It has now been 8 months since the transplant, and the density has already exceeded my expectations.

Очень правильная и детальная консультация, в ходе которой получаешь ответы на все вопросы и становится понятно как и что будет происходить.
Также теплый прием и хорошая организация, врачи слышат твой фидбек и всегда готовы обсудить с тобой что именно ты хочешь.
Еще очень понравилось что команда остается с тобой на связи на протяжении долгого периода и готова отвечать на вопросы.

В 2024 году обратился за пересадкой волос, уже прошел год, ни разу не пожалел. Всё было выполнено профессионально, начиная от встречи в аэропорту заканчивая пересадкой волос, обратным трансфером, а также возможностью обратиться с вопросами в любое время в течении всего года, что не мало важно. Всем рекомендую, каких либо замечаний или неудобств нет.

First and foremost, six months later, I can clearly see the difference in the mirror. I’m happy with the outcome.

What really stands out is their honesty—my transplant included 5,600 grafts, which is a lot. They could have easily done fewer and told me I’d need a second procedure in a year just to make more money. But they were honest and did everything properly from the start.

The quality of the customer experience and support at every stage is impressive. From the moment you land, you’re picked up in a Mercedes and taken to the clinic. The staff speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English, and they answer every question thoroughly, explaining everything in detail. The procedure itself is long, but they do an excellent job. The hotel is nice—not ultra-luxurious, but after surgery, all you really care about is having plenty of pillows. And they’ve got plenty. The food at the hotel is good too.

To give you an idea of how well they do their job—my only complaint is the music they played in the clinic during the procedure!

The post-op support is also great. The manager is always responsive on messaging apps and gets back to you quickly.

All in all, I can 100% recommend them with a clear conscience.

Сделал пересадку 4го сентября 2024 года. Сказать что остался доволен - ничего не сказать. За не кольцо часов избавился от главного комплекса и жизнь заиграла новыми красками. Муж делал пересадку волос в Hair Globalmedik в октябре 2024 года, приехали в Стамбул из Анталии. Клинику выбрали по рекомендации друзей. Прошло уже 4.5 месяца и уже виден активный рост новых волос! Надеемся и дальше на супер результат. Хочу также отметить внимательное отношение персонала, и доктора. Все прошло безболезненно и комфортно. И понравилось то, что девочки консультируют на каждом этапе. Они подробно объяснили, как подготовиться к пересадке, как ухаживать за волосами, помогали на всех этапах, мы и сейчас на связи) очень приятно когда есть такая забота и знание своего дела!
