Sports Physio UK Avis 

I've been coming to Sports Physio UK for over a year and a half after making use of my work's health cash plan through Westfield Health, and I honestly can't believe I didn't start coming here sooner.

I've suffered with back pain for years, from heavy lifting when I was younger to now working in an office, so I have regular treatment here at least once or twice a month. The care I've received has been outstanding.

I've had sports massages and expert advice from Shane, Nathan and Hayley, who are all incredibly knowledgeable, professional and excellent at what they do. I also know Scott through the fantastic work he does in the local community, and he's every bit as genuine and dedicated as you'd expect. Of course, I can't forget Diane, who always goes above and beyond to book my appointments. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her.

More recently, my son had double hip surgery and has been receiving physiotherapy from Alan. With over 20 years of experience, it's clear my son is in the best possible hands, and I'm confident he'll help him get back to full health.

Thank you to everyone at Sports Physio UK for everything you do. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone suffering with aches, pains or injuries. If you're looking for expert treatment, friendly staff and exceptional care, this is definitely the place to go!

I have been running for over 40 years and using many physios until I found Sports Physio Uk about 8-9 years ago and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Recently I had a sharp pain in my calf but quite high up. Now as a runner I’ve had a few calf strains and learnt from sports physio uk how to treat them and what exercises to do, so I decided not to visit but treat it myself and save my pension for race fees!

After two weeks of daily stretches and strength exercise I was getting no where and not able to run. I booked in with Scott and explained the situation and he quickly diagnosed that the problem wasn’t my calf but my hamstring!

The pain in my calf was where one of my hamstring muscles connected below the knee but the problem was above the knee. After a painful massage and reviewing some exercises I was feeling confident about getting back running. A week later I did my first training session starting steady and then doing 3 x 600m reps off 1 minute recovery and got progressively faster on each one!

Not back to my fastest but at last running again. I’m back to see Scott next week but definitely think that the teams focus on finding the cause and not just treating the pain is excellent and in hindsight could have saved me from two weeks of frustration of not running! Thanks Scott!

Fantastic team of proffesionals who really know what they are doing to get you sorted. I recently made the mistake of visitng a different clinic that Bupa had assigned me to, after a few average sessions I asked to move my appointments over to Scott and his team at Sports Physio where I am now getting my issues sorted out.

Had previous treament from Alan who was absolutley brilliant and sorted my issues out completely after a few sessions, my latest issues (I am 46 these days so do injure more easily :)) are being sorted by Nathan who is equally as knowledgeable and professional.

Scott has an excellent team working for him and you will get a brilliant service, highly recommeded...

very informative interactive and profound, i would recommend the service entirely and also would add the great atmosphere welcome and respect and advice given were excellent... this shalll be my goto for thorough and rigourous deep tissue massage and related physio.

Excellent treatment and exercise regime from Luke for my lower back injury, hits the spot with his hands on massage, ha,ha!

Severe back problem taken care of thanks to Hayley and her expertise. Given plenty of information and exercises for use at home. Always thought such pains could only be solved medically. How wrong I was! Would certainly recommend!

I received treatment from Katie at Sports Physio after a knee injury which left me unable to walk without pain. A series of treatments from Katie with targeted reviewed home exercises and I’m actually walking better than before my knee injury. The treatment and advice I’ve received from Katie is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for its professional and caring approach and the effectiveness of the treatment offered.
