This was my first time buying organic chicken from Halal Fine Foods and I was very impressed with their service, communication, packing and delivery.
The quality of the chicken is excellent and it was delivered in a refrigerated box. So can happily recommend this company to everyone.

Probably avoid due to 2 bad experiences
I ordered from this company in 2023 and had an awful experience with consignment and product being spoilt.
As i cannot find chicken necks anywhere i thought id try this company again only to be disappointed with the consignment AGAIN. The meat was spoilt again and the company had the audacity to blame due to changing the delivery. They really need to look at there services and consumer requirements

As a business that has been supplying fresh meat and food products for over 40 years, we take complaints regarding product quality extremely seriously. Whenever concerns are raised, we review the matter thoroughly rather than making assumptions.
In this case, we conducted a full investigation, reviewing our quality control records, packing procedures, dispatch records, and the courier tracking history. Our findings showed that the order was prepared fresh to order, quality checked, packed, and dispatched on 15/06/2026 via APC's next-day delivery network, exactly as intended.
The courier records show that the parcel was originally scheduled for delivery the following day. However, the delivery date was subsequently rearranged at 21:17, resulting in the parcel remaining within the courier network for an additional day before delivery.
This detail is important because the products ordered were fresh, perishable meat products. Unlike non-perishable goods, fresh meat is highly dependent on maintaining the intended delivery timeline. Our insulated packaging, thermal liners, and ice packs are specifically designed to maintain temperature throughout the planned next-day delivery journey. They are not intended to preserve fresh products indefinitely if the delivery schedule is changed and transit time is extended.
We would like to make clear that we are not criticising the customer's decision to rearrange the delivery. We fully understand that customers may have work, family, or other commitments that prevent them from being available. However, when ordering perishable products online, changes to the original delivery schedule inevitably increase the risk of product deterioration, particularly during warmer weather conditions.
It is also important to note that APC provides alternative delivery options, including delivery to a neighbour or a designated safe place, should a customer not be available on the scheduled delivery date.
The previous order referenced in the review was also investigated at the time and involved entirely different circumstances. Our records show that the parcel had been left outside the property in direct sunlight for an extended period after delivery. Following that investigation, a goodwill refund was agreed and accepted.
As part of our checkout process, all customers are required to review and accept our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. These specifically explain the importance of accepting delivery of perishable goods on the scheduled delivery date and outline the risks associated with delivery delays or rearrangements.
After reviewing all available evidence, we found no indication that the products were spoiled at the point of dispatch. We remain satisfied that the order was prepared correctly, quality checked correctly, packed correctly, and dispatched correctly. The only material factor identified during our investigation was the extension of the parcel's transit time following the delivery rearrangement.
We appreciate all feedback and always endeavour to investigate concerns fairly and transparently. Whilst we respect the customer's right to their opinion, we believe it is important that readers understand the full circumstances surrounding the complaint.

Angus beef burgers and lean…
Ordered the Angus beef burgers and lean meat box. The burgers were a good size and absolutely delicious. The mince was great too, barely any fat in it, and is by far the beat mince I've had yet. Everything arrived packed really well, the process of ordering was easy and i was notified every step of the way where my package was. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend.

Only downside, not their fault, was the delivery cost. But worth it for the freshness.

I ordered diced chicken fillets and received pasta chicken instead which is like mince. Other then that everything is pretty good well packaged and top quality.
