From the very start the communication was poor. No updates and then excuse after excuse as to why the goods were not delivered until they simply stopped answering telephone calls and emails.
okay, so I was in two minds to place an order with this company, after reading a couple negative reviews, well I’m so glad to say that I took the risk. they have been remarkable towards me kept me updated with my order very quick service. Ordered my tiles on a Sunday evening and had them on the Thursday mornin. A few days later, I received an email from the company, just asking if I was happy with my order and if they could do anything which was lovely. I’m in the middle of refurbishing our new holiday home and will be ordering more when we get to the bathrooms. at the time of them emailing me and he still hadn’t got round to putting the tiles down well about a week later, we discovered the end pack with two extra large tiles in was broken so I got back in touch with the company and within two days, I received a whole new pack with no questions asked which was lovely. I really do highly recommend this company.

I was kept informed all the way along which was great tiles arrived a day late but again I was advised of this by the team so no issues. Only negative was the delivery (not related to the tile place) didn't give me a call or knock the door when they delivered.
What a tile and what a price! Highly professional service from Mark and the team at Hallé Tiles, going the extra mile to ensure everything was as we wanted. Something special.
First time ordering tiles from Halle Tiles and it was a very good example of excellent customer service.
Order processing was really simple and the tiles were despatched the next day and arrived on time, via a pallet courier service. Unfortunately a couple of tiles had been damaged - probably during transportation. I contacted Mark and he immediately sent out replacement tiles which arrived very quickly.
Overall a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to order from Halle Tiles again.
Please don't buy from this company. I cannot comment on the product as I've never received it (I cancelled the order) but their service is non existent. I was notified by email on 15th December that a refund was processed but I have yet to receive any money. I've called and left messages, reached out via their website contact form and emailed Mark, the managing director and no one has responded. I have no choice but to pursue my refund via the smalls claim court. Shocking when they market themselves as an honest, family run company.
Halle Tiles recently helped us with some floor and wall tiles for our downstairs toilet. They were helpful and efficient and the tiles are great quality. Even when the builders messed us around and said we needed more tiles, Halle Tiles got them together quickly, and then the builder said we didn't, and Halle Tiles were fine with that.
Incredibly helpful people. I needed tiles urgently as my previous supplier had run out and the guys at Halle went the extra mile. I asked for quick delivery and the courier couldn't make it but these guys hopped in their car and ran the tiles up to me in Blackpool. I cannot speak too highly of the service.
Placed a order in mid May 2023, which had a damaged tile on the delivery, my emails requesting a replacement tile were ignored for months, I eventually received a replacement tile on the 1st of August which wasn’t sufficiently protected and that was delivered with a chip on the corner. My emails are being ignored again. Do not use this company their after sales are atrocious. I still can’t start my project!!! Don’t waste your money shopping with these people.
