Halo were pretty easy to deal with and accommodated some extra questions and queries I had. The scaffold, roofing and electrical installation was very fast and everything went where it was surveyed. A good price from an Instagram advert. Will keep an eye long term but no leaks or problems yet!

From the start of the process which was a long chat with Matt to understand what was best suited for my needs to the installation team who even though they were a person down due to sickness the team worked very hard and completed the install in 1 day, Well done to you all excellent service.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process. The installation was seamless and the team that carried out thebinstall were polite, diligent and worked effectively together to complete the install to a brilliant standard and in a very timely manner. Halo Renewables were then quick to follow up with the completed certification and G99 application letter, MCS certification and HIES documents to allow these to be submitted to my energy supplier to arrange my export tariff. The system installed was a Sigenergy syatem, which is intuitive and seems to be working flawlessly.

From number of panels, size of battery and invertor, and inclusion of a gateway, Matt and his team at Halo Renewables ensured we had the best system installed for the price point we were looking at. Here’s to the sunshine and all it can bring!

From initial quote to surveyor to installation it's been great and just done efficiently. Dno approval received quickly. Battery install until next year when get solar. It was installed in under a day. Neat and tidy wiring on the SigEnergy battery and so far (day 4) it's working absolutely faultlessly.

After many quotes and conversations with various solar companies, I switched from looking at the Tesla Powerwall to Sigenergy batteries based on the tech and efficiency, but also the cost. better batteries for less money. So, after several more quotes, I spoke with Matthew at Halo. He was different to the rest. He was more personable, passionate, and confident in the products. He wanted to ensure we went with the best setup with courtesy and patience.

His quotes were impressive compared to others. Matt was open about the costs, and within weeks we had a survey carried out by Guy who was another impressive and lovely person.

Within weeks the scaffolding was up by a great team, and the installation of 12 x 510w aiko panels and 18kw sigenergy / 6kw inverter / gateway was completed efficiently within 3h45mins. Tomas and his assistant (sorry i cant remember your name) installed the panels and bird protection with speed but also with care and attention to detail. Also, the electricians installed the batteries / inverter / gateway in the exact location with cable routing neatly fitted. They were polite and courteous, and clearly talked me through using the mySigen app to control our use of the energy storage.

Thank you to Matt, Guy, Tomas and the rest of the Halo Team, and to the RVL scaffolding team. The whole process has been painless, and I highly recommend Halo.

Halo renewables have been fantastic. I used them on a recommendation and Matt was very helpful keeping things simple. Matt was also very quick to respond to any questions and make any changes required to the quote. The guys turned up as expected at 8 am and happily got on with the job. They took the time to discuss routing of cables and location of the equipment with me. The job at the end was very tidy and everything has worked as expected. The only thing I would change is saying yes to solar and batteries sooner than I did!

I used Halo Renewables following a recommendation from someone else in the CB23 area. From first contact to completed handover they have been excellent. As some one new to the world of solar I had lots of questions which Matthew patiently answered, and the installers (Thomas, Riley, Bradley, & Luke) did a fantastic job. I had a great experience with Halo Renewables. From quote to full installation, everything was completed within just three weeks. The scaffolding was put up and taken down promptly, and the installation team were friendly, professional and did a very neat job. They worked hard to accommodate my preferences for cable routing and equipment placement, and the end result looks excellent.

Just had the sigenergy battery and panels installed today by Tom and his team, great install nice and neat wiring from the roof into the garage and working within a few hours from when they arrived. Smooth process overall with from the first chat with Matt about what I’d like my solar panel and battery to do for me and price range. Would recommend if looking for a solar supplier and installer.

After thinking we would go with one of the three quotes we already had, I saw Halo’s ad and looked at the Sigenergy system which had excellent reviews. Matthew was transparent and direct when I spoke with him, and answered all questions quickly, and didn’t necessarily say just what I wanted to hear. Very different from another installer who were really pushy. Install was on time, neat and efficient. Team were polite and hard working, Tomaz was very helpful. Had an issue with system but resolved quickly and painlessly by Matthew. All paperwork arrived promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our experience with Halo Renewables! The team, starting with Matt, Tommy and Keilan provided honest and useful information regarding the installation requirements. Halo installed a 30kW battery and 14 solar panels at our property and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their pricing was very competitive, and from start to finish, everyone was very professional. Further to being let down by one of the bigger suppliers over a period of months we contacted Halo Renewables who promised us a better service and delivery. Because of the previous experience we were concerned about promises made but have been pleasantly surprised by Halo Renewables who offered a short lead in time to install the Solar panels and battery. They have a super model of a large team coming on the day and completing the job in one day. The workers ( Tomas, Luke, James, Riley and Brady) were excellent - polite, clean hardworking. We couldn't believe they installed the 21 panels, battery and inverter in one day. The scaffolders they commissioned were also good (Peter et al). Mathew Stevens, our main contact, maintained constant contact and responded to all queries and concerns promptly. A big Thank You for everything.

From first contact to completion, our experience with Halo Renewables has been excellent. We were complete novices when it came to solar energy, but Matthew was patient and informative. The roofers came on time and were pleasant and not sweary at all. The electrician fitted the battery and inverter with no problems and was a very tidy worker. The system has been up and running for two weeks now and it's brilliant. Even on dull days we get some free electricity.

From start to finish Matt and his team have communicated at every step, the installation team were punctual, professional and very easy to get on with and fitted the system expertly and efficiently. From day 1 I felt comfortable dealing with Matt and his team, having had a number of previous quotes where it seemed I was being pushed to sign up, Matt was basically the complete opposite, took all the details, gave a high level design and a detailed quote within a couple of days of talking. Next step was the surveyor coming round and making sure everything worked as planned and yet again a pleasure to deal with. After that came the wait whilst paperwork was being processed to allow the selkling back of the electric to the grid, but whilst that was going on Matt called and said they had a spare day could they do the rood panels, so scaffolding went up on a wednesday, on the thursday the panels went and and the scaffolding came down, was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of all the team. Then we had the battery fitted and all connected, yet again another polite, professional and friendly person. All together the whole process has been managed by Matt and his team brilliantly. I would highly recommend Halo to anyone getting solar panels.

Highly recommend Halo Renewables. We had fast response to quotes, good communication from the quote to installation, and after when we needed to connect to my energy company. Quick in and out for installation of panels, clean and tidy and we couldn't be happier. After obtaining at least 20 quotes they were the most cost effective.
