Day one, scaffolds turn up, day two,we had a delivery of car charging port,day three,the fitters turn up(with solar panels) by 3pm they had finished, ten minutes later the electricians turn up,two hours later all done,two days later, the scaffolders come to remove scaffold.all very polite and tidy workers,not the cheapest quote but we're very satisfied Roger and Jane hall

Had my fox system installed a week ago , fantastic install and communication from the team was excellent. Every question I had was promptly answered. During the whole process I was kept in the loop and updated regularly. Very competitive price too. Couldn’t fault them, highly recommended for your solar and battery installers 😀

From the day I got my qoute, to installation did not take more than a couple months.
Communication from PureVolts side was excellent, I did start a bit awkward, but they were very patient with me.
If any one asks me about solar panels, PureVolts is where I would send them first.

We had Purevolts fit solar and car wall charger + 10kw storage battery. We had a few very minor issues but all sorted .Special thanks to Alex Dave at technical all up and running 12 panal system would I recommend them yes i would the watsap support group chat works and is informative 👍

From the beginning, they kept a good communication. Always ready to answer any questions.
During the installation they always consulted with me in terms of where the equipment would be installed and where the cables would go through.

I've had 16 Aiko PV and SigEnergy Invertor and 2 x 10Kwh batteries installed. Great service from initial contact all the way through to installation. Regular updates and comms through a usefull online portal.

Everything delivered on time and everyone in the team, from the office to the roofers, electrian are a pleasure to deal with.

Installed 1 day ago and have not drawn any energy from the grid during that time

They discussed the set up with me and gave honest advice as to system size and battery requirements for our install.
The DNO request (we needed the approval one due to the size of the system) was dealt with promptly and the response explained to me.
The install was on time (actually a day early) and everything looks great.

This company is great until they get your money. Initial conversations were great, took the time to build a plan to get the best system for our house. But now the system has been having issues since installation and all I’m getting is ‘we’ll book in an appointment and now nothing for over a week.

5* service throughout. Lads have just left and the scaffolders, solar installers and the electrician worked tirelessly to get the job done. Unfortunately due to my roof they were unable to install all of the panels that I wanted, however they tried their best to fit in as many as possible and were honest with me throughout. I understood why they were unable to install all 16 and ended up with 13 (as was originally advised by them) and was given a full refund for the 3 panels. I would use this company again in a heartbeat, they have been brilliant throughout. All of the lads are a credit to the company and I can see why there are some many positive reviews which was the reason I initially booked them for the job. Competitively priced and excellent work. We recently had solar panels input by this company as well the installation of an EV charger for our car . The company slotted us in for an installation in September. Despite their installers coming to our place from a 3 hour journey away , they came, installed and left the place best and tidy . I have given 4 stars as unfortunately as we had to wait a long long time for the battery installation which took place way after the panels were slotted in place.( Mind you we did ask for the battery to be installed after the solar panels were fitted ) but feel that we should have been seen to much sooner. We had to chase and negotiate a date with them !
The company is very busy but I would recommend it to any one for their work, just ensure that you have your fitting dates for both the panels and batteries are secured on the same day.
The best part for this company is that their price beats all other companies and is very reasonable .Thank you Pure Volt.

Now 1 month after the installation and everything went smoothly and as planned. Communication was good before, during and after the installation and simple questions were answered promptly. Only suggestion to make the service even better would be to follow up once all paperwork for exporting to the grid is completed to better explain the apps and best settings to optimize the system as the apps are baffling and I am sure that we are not optimising the potential savings.

Overall an excellent service from Purevolts right from the initial consultation through to installation. Purevolts provided a number of solar arrays and batteries, all with a comprehensive explanation of the benefits along with a competitive quote for a solution.

The installation went very quickly, with the initial team setting up the roof ready for the solar panels, then the electrician set to work wiring up each string to the invertor and battery. All completed very professionally, hiding cables where possible and I had a good handover explaining the app and technology installed.

My only gripe if any was around the project CRM not being updated frequently enough when approvals and possible instal dates were suggested. That said, this did not reduce the overall service I had from the Purevolts team.

We had an installation of 17 panels and 2 batteries and an inverter. Very professionally installed, great communications through the process and we are very pleased with the end result.
