After a long and exhaustive search and review of solar power and suppliers, I finally made an informed decision. It was competitively priced and their service and installation made easy. If you’re looking to purchase a solar panel system I’d strongly recommend Purevolts, friendly, professional and timely. No fuss, no hassle, just simplicity.

Aiko Solar panels, Synergy Batteries and Inverter installed by PureVolts. Overall, the process took 2.5 Months to get a GMO approval and installation completion. In general, there was a good communication between us but I had to chase couple of times to get updates on GMO, which I didn’t mind. The original installation date was end of July but due to delay on GMO approval, the installation was rebooked imminently and completed on 13 Aug. Scaffolding arrived couple of days prior installation and removed 5 days post-installation. On the day of installation, roof guys came early due to heat wave. They were extremely professional and they fitted Solar panels right in the middle of the roof after measuring from all sides and didn’t leave long rack outside (as requested). Electrician was also extremely professional, experienced and supportive to demonstrate how to use Synergy app. Dave and Emma have been super stars throughout to reply with all the queries I had and ensured we are in a safe hand. We receive after installation documents within a week, although the timeline was given for couple of weeks. Dave offered huge panels (540W) with good price, which is generating significant amount of power even in the cloudy weather. We felt everything went smooth so far. I liked the transparency during conversation via what’s app and quick response from Dave and Emma. I highly recommend PureVolts to anyone looking to install Solar panels and batteries. From start to finish we have been very happy with the service purevolts have provided. Purevolts was recommended by a friend who had recently used them for their own solar system. All dealings are via WhatsApp making the process easy and straightforward forward. There is no sales person coming to visit you and pushing you to make a decision on the day which I have to admit has been one of the most annoying aspects we found while dealing with other solar companies. We were asked to provide a few photos and some information and from that we received a quote with different options. Their pricing was better than many of the quotes received. After looking into the systems offered we opted to go with the EcoFlow system.We had to wait a while to get the system installed but we already knew this would be the case as we had only decided to go ahead during the height of summer and their busiest period. As we stay in a bungalow no scaffolding was necessary and the install was completed quicker than I had anticipated. Due to where we wanted the batteries etc we were advised before any work started that the drilling would very likely damage the tiles on the wall. We already knew this was the case as some of the tiles were clearly already loose but really appreciated that the installer mentioned this to us. Once the install was completed they gave us a rundown on how to use the app for the system. We still have our WhatsApp group incase we need any assistance. All in all I highly recommend purevolts, it’s has been wonderful dealing with them. There has been no hidden costs or any other paperwork required as they have dealt with absolutely everything! If you want a company that will hand the process from start to finish this is the company for you!

I researched solar panel systems and had a clear vision of my requirements. I received quotes from several companies but Purevolts offered the best deal. The installation was smooth and quick and I received my MCS certificate a few days later. My system is working brilliantly and provides more power than anticipated.

From start to finish the install went smoothly, representative gave a full break down of systems available with pros and cons to each manufacturer fully explained, once we agreed on the best system for the property a price was agreed and install booked. On install day the team arrived ahead of time and got straight on with the job completing within the day then fully explained and demonstrated the system via the app. I Highly recommend Purevolts.

Excellent service from start to finish. Efficient and reliable scaffolding team from Red Fox. Prompt communication and always available when in need further information and clarification. Price was excellent compared to bigger companies I was quoted for as I have gotten more panels and additional battery with the inverter I chose to have with excellent communication and customer service from Martin who came out & surveyed the house as well as the owner and the rest of the team who made it all possible for us to have a great system in place. The scaffolders failed to show but that didn't stop Josh and his mate who climbed the roof spiderman style. (No damage whatsoever) Within half a day 12 panels were fitted and pigeon netting applied.
The two electricians were quietly working away at ground level and by 5pm the system was installed, working and the site was tidy.

The installation technicians and support staff have been excellent. We had a minor issue on installation day, but that was resolved within minutes.

The guys from Purevolts did a great job representing the brand - the roofers were really communicative, explained what was going to happen, consulted me on last-minute changes and did their best to find a solution to my roof being just a few cms too small for the planned design.

The electricians went out of their way to do an incredibly neat job, routing what could be really ugly cabling into barely-noticeable runs. They even got under the house and ran the big cable through the crawl space, which was above and beyond, instead of running a big cable round the outside of the house which would have been the easy way. Sam was great at explaining the app and getting everything set up too.

Excellent service. The team was very professional and explained everything. Once it was set up, everything was explained clearly on the app so that we could see how much solar energy we were generating. Very happy and would definitely recommend. The invoice was sent once set up was complete and there was no pressure to pay immediately either which was very reassuring too.

I had an EcoFlow system with a battery in May26 and very pleased with the price, installation service, and performance. PureVolts are very responsive to my queries.

Really pleased with PureVaults. They did a good job fitting the panels and battery ect and happily changed a car charger on the day as the one ordered could not be fitted i the way we hoped. I liked how PV could give a quick, accurate no obligation quote with out having to give all your details or agree to a call back or home visit.

Really pleased with everything, price, service and fitting however given 4 stars not 5 as the long wait for grid approvals could have been explained and communicated better.
