Ongoing complaint to have claim sttteled
Since my review and escalation to the complaint department, nothing has happened.
I remind you that this claim has been outstanding for more than 4 month.
I suggest anybody who wishes to get insurance, look at their payout reviews and rating. Service is always good when you're getting a quote. Don't be fooled

Dear Mr Rosen, As you are aware we have escalated your complaint and this is currently being investigated. I can advise that in relation to your claims process and progression as per your request the loss adjusters have been dealing and corresponding directly with your managing agent and had numerous discussions around the development of the claim. Further to our correspondence to you earlier today I have asked the loss adjuster to contact you to provide you with an update and details of the numerous discussions that they have had with your managing agent, Please can I also suggest that if may be beneficial to speak with your management agent to ensure you are also kept informed of their conversations however should you now wish for the loss adjuster to deal directly with yourself please let us know and we can arrange this for you. A professional service was provided for the quotation and in setting up the policy for immediate cover. A issue that had to be referred was dealt with promptly and effectively. Our questions were answered knowledgably. The representative was friendly and helpful.
