This was our first time using Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs and we will certainly use them again for transfers between Heathrow and Southampton. Great communication from start to finish. Elliot was waiting for us on arrival and helped with luggage which was appreciated. The vehicle was immaculate with water available. Very professional and smartly turned out. Smooth drive to our hotel and the following morning Kevin arrived at our hotel to take us to cruise terminal. Again excellent communication and professional service. At the end of our cruise we were met by Elliot who took us back to Heathrow. When you use a company for the first time you wonder if you have made the right choice. Without doubt we certainly had. Building on my review from a few years ago, Hampshire Executive Chauffeurs are not the cheapest but they clearly deliver the very best first class service that others should aspire to. My trip to and from LHR was a delight. The car, which was absolutely immaculate, picked me up about 10 minutes early and my chauffer greeted me on return to LHR. The drivers deserve special mention, smartly turned out and most personable they were proper professional drivers who made the journey a joy. Will I use HEC again? Absolutely YES.
