First time order with Hampton
First time order with Hampton for a recently released and in demand board game. Web ordering was nice and easy with lots of information given regarding delivery options. John at Hampton gave some great customer service letting me know the order was going to be slightly delayed. Everything delivered as expected on the updated date. Happy to recommend Hampton and I'll definately order from them again.

Great delivery service
Great service. Took a small deposit for pre-order (unlike most companies that take the full price). Product was shipped quickly when available and very well packaged. Thank you!

Excellent service and delivery
This is my first time buying from Hampton Hobbies and Games and I will gladly shop with them again. Firstly, their custimer service was attentive and well mannered, keeping me informed of updates and responding quickly. The item was very well packaged using compostable packing peanuts and despite the box clearly getting a few knocks in transit (to be expected!), the game inside was perfectly preserved. The hand-written note of thanks to me was a nice touch which made me feel like a valued customer.
