I love Hanakoko nails. All of their nails look like they are made with care and detail. I’ve never had a problem with any nails. As long as you measure your nails and get the correct size, you will love them!

I had such a great experience ordering from Hanakoko! The website was easy to navigate, the designs were absolutely stunning, and my nails arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. The quality of the press-ons exceeded my expectations—they’re durable, comfortable, and look just like a professional salon set.

I also loved the thoughtful sizing options and how helpful the guide was for making sure I got the perfect fit. You can really tell Hanakoko puts care into every detail. I’ve already gotten so many compliments, and I can’t wait to order more styles!

Hana makes really great products and is an awesome seller - very efficient and kind.

I ordered different version of press-on eyelashes that I normally order from Hanako. I did not like how this style looked on me. I contacted Hanako customer service to either get an exchange or return. They responded quickly and helped me get style I wanted instead. Very happy and satisfied with the help I received.

the quality of the product is amazing and everything looks just like the picture. i bought 5 different sets of nails and theyre all beautiful. they also hold incredibly well if applied correctly

These nails are top quality and so beautiful I bought multiple packs so I could mix and match and im obsessed you have a fan for life with me!

Most of the nails are from aliexpress and are £3-£5 when they’re charging £20-£30

Don’t get ripped off

I ordered 4 sets of nails and 1 set of lashes. Everything arrived in a VERY timely manner and is all beautiful and clearly hand-crafted. I've used other press on nails and lashes before and you can see in those the machining and low quality on the edges. These have that attention-to-detail to the very edge and have those tiny, tiny variances that only come from custom work. Hanakoko was also very communicative throughout the process, initially quoting about 4 days to shipment (accurate) and then shipping with tracking (handy), and delivery confirmation to put the bow on top. Love this experience, and the designs available. I do not see myself shopping elsewhere for press on nails.

TLDR; very poor/rude customer service, leaves you to manage delivery issues on your own, expensive product.

They never delivered my product and are refusing me a refund. I shared evidence the delivery person hasn’t delivered the package while their system marks it as delivered. The seller leaves you to handle any issues with delivery rather than being helpful and responsible for it. I wouldn’t recommend the company at all!

Edit: I finally got the seller to be open to providing the refund but only after calling out the seller for not taking my evidence for not receiving the product into account and mentioning I'd document my experience on social media. Sad I had to go through so much before I could get what I needed from the seller!

Second edit: So they shifted their wording around the refund and mentioned they would only refund the shipping fee. I performed a chargeback with my bank prior to the seller agreeing to a refund because they were originally unwilling. I was going to cancel the chargeback but they backed down and mentioned they want to only refund the shipping fee. I'm not going through the trouble of calling my bank since I don't trust they'll actually refund me.

There is nothing like Hanakoko on the market. Each nail set is so unique and high quality, and there is a huge selection. Hana is truly the best!!

I bought my first set of stick on nails from Hanakoko recently and all I can say is that I love them so much!!

I got custom shape (almond) Baby Peach nails, and they're perfect for work every day. I've had so many compliments!

The nails stay on really well, and last me about 7-10 days depending on what I'm doing. If the adhesives' getting weak I remove them and re-apply them with new adhesives which takes 10 minutes - so quick!

I have weak base nails, and these have been great as an alternative to getting my nails done at a salon. They look just as beautiful, and they have the added bonus that I can swap and change depending on my outfit and mood that day!

So glad to have found Hanakoko, and definitely looking forward to continuing to purchase from them in the future :)

I absolutely loved them! The customer service was great! I wanted to customize the shape of these frosted fantasy nails and the discount wasn't working with the customization, I sent an email and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem. I also wasn't sure if they would arrive with the shape I requested since I saw some negative comments about it, but mine arrived perfectly with everything I asked! The quality is great and they lasted for a week, even though I use and wash my hands a lot. Overall I'm really happy with my nails, they are very cute, sturdy and great quality. Definitely I'll buy again sometime!

I love every single set I get! They’re all beautiful, great quality and never damage my nails. I always get lots of compliments. I’ve tried others but the quality does not compare to Hanakoko! Customer service is also professional and respond back. I feel valued as a customer.

Originally ordered my nails 10/2 with the buy 4, get 1 free deal. Package got delivered 10/29. I work as a hospital lab tech, and the first set of nails I used were great! They were short and squoval. No rips in the tips of my gloves, and they stood up pretty well against the constant hand washing. Got a bunch of compliments on my nails :) Original goal was to have them last 3 days, but they lasted about a week! Honestly, they probably could go on for longer, but I wanted to let my nails breath. Can't wait to try out my other sets!!

the glueless lashes suck!! so hard to apply and they don’t even stay on. tried reaching out to customer service twice and they never respond. horrible customer service!! don’t waste your money on their lashes

The nails I received are absolutely STUNNING and hanakoko had FANTASTIC customer support.

I had ordered a few sets of nails, and I was so eager to get them because they looked so beautiful online. The shipping carrier misplaced my package, unfortunately, and I was super disappointed because I had been so excited for then. I reached out to Hanakoko's customer support and they were able to contact the shipper and get my package located promptly!

I was so happy to receive them in the mail, and they're even more beautiful in person than they looked online. They're incredibly easy to apply, fit perfectly, are comfortable, and of course, absolutely gorgeous. I'm currently typing this review while wearing a beautiful set, and I couldn't be happier.

My only tip is to make sure you follow the size chart when measuring your nails, as well as the instructions on application.

I have bought 5 sets from them, 4 customs and the nail art is superb and the price is great!! They also last between 10-14 days which as an aggressive typist is unheard of! People are constantly asking who my nail tech is.
