Ordered 24 brass knobs for new kitchen
Ordered 24 brass knobs for new kitchen. Unfortunately 4 of the knobs have scratches on them. I have emailed the company 3 times and sent photos of the damaged knobs but have received no response. There is no other way of contacting them on their website so I am left with a finished kitchen with 4 doors that have no knobs. Other than emailing again I am at a loss as what to do next.
