I made my order ...I spent around 100£ ...never recieved anything...and the website disappears...no customer service to contact..I don't know what i need to do...
This website is a fraud and Google need to investigate

This is a scam website!!! I guess they have stolen pics from other sites and sold these items for “discounts”. I have not received any correspondence or order updates. Can’t believe they were able to run ads on social media like they were legit. Now the website is down. Trying to get my money back!

Is this a scam? I placed a big order and haven’t received anything! What do I do?

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. My order took four weeks to arrive, and after it was marked as delivered, it was nowhere to be found. They were unable to provide a tracking number or any update on the investigation or a refund, like aprope busness will do! This has been extremely disappointing.

I also did not receive any dispatch details or tracking details and never received my order. I have gone through my bank (Revolut) and undergone a chargeback request. A chargeback is a consumer protection mechanism allowing cardholders to dispute transactions and can reverse the payment.
Revolut now say that the merchant had agreed to a refund. So please go through your banks and carrry out a chargeback.

The website is a scam, they take the money but do not deliver. They took $200+ from my bank.

After order is placed no update or anything on the same and website shows coming soon. its fraud

Business is a scam. Parcel never received and no contact information available. Attempted email no communication ever.

Anyone who has experienced scamming. I hae found the directors and we must all report them and take them to court. Here is the details on companies house as per the details on their bank account

I placed an order on 2/2. At first, the order was marked as “delayed,” but there were no real updates or clear communication.

As of today, the website is completely offline. The site was using stolen product photos from another original website and marketing heavily around Ramadan theme which clearly attracted a lot of customers.

They were also running multiple ads on Instagram which made the store appear legitimate.

I never received my item, and now the entire site has disappeared.

Please be extremely cautious and do thorough research before ordering from stores you see advertised on social media.

I ordered Ramadan decor items on Feb 4, emailed when my items didn’t arrive and they said it will arrive by the 17th. Still haven’t received anything as of Feb 22. I’m disputing the claim on my credit card.

SCAM!!! Soooo incredibly disappointed that someone would do this during Ramadan.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Never received my product even though I have email confirmation saying that the product was ordered and that it was shipped. Then when I contacted them again to see what the update was I never heard back. I then saw online that other people have had the same experience so this is a scam website

I wish I read all the reviews about this website before I order, but I’m now I’m so pissed that I waste over $400 on order that I did not receive and when I search it up the order number it keeps saying it’s delivered. What a shame of this website called himself a Muslim.

Complete scam- stole images from others website, used targeted ads on social media (likely people who had been searching these items already), marked their prices lower than the website they stole from under the guise of “Ramadan sale” and then just steal your payment info with no updates. Went to website and found a “track your order” option after I got worried about the lack of updates and the expected date for delivery was delayed three times. Now, on the third expected delivery date, the website is just shut down- maybe they felt they had scammed enough people out of their money. Seriously sad that people get away with these corrupt processes. Facebook and Instagram should face prosecution as well for tracking our data and then pushing these illegal front on our pages

SCAM! Zero star! They use the month of Ramadan to steal money. Had an active website and now they clothes both the website and Instagram page. May Allah punish them for stealing from people. If you ordered there and was a victim just pray that you at least get the money back from your bank.

Never thought a Muslim company would be this pathetic but here we are. They are a scam. Never got a tracking order and 20 days later it says on their site my package was delivered when it wasn’t. They also don’t reply to emails. How can you scam people in the month of Ramadan?
